Արցախահայությանը «դաբիտ» անելու գործելաոճ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2020 թվականի փաշինյանական ծանր պարտությունից հետո 2022 թ. հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արցախը հռչակեց որպես ադրբեջանապատկան տարածք: Հետո եկավ 2023 թվականը՝ որպես դրա հետևանք:
Թվում էր, թե որևէ հայկական իշխանություն պետք է ամեն կերպ կանգներ ցեղասպանական ոճրագործության ենթարկված Արցախի հայության կողքին, պետք է հնարավոր բոլոր միջազգային ատյաններում բարձրաձայներ նրանց անկապտելի իրավունքների մասին, պետք է, պետք է, պետք է... Բայց տրամագծորեն հակառակն է: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ իշխանություն համարվողները որդեգրել են Արցախի հայությանը «դաբիտ» անելու մոտեցում:
Արցախի տևական շրջափակմանը հաջորդած՝ հայության բռնի տեղահանությունից հետո Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը իր «պարտականությունը» սահմանափակեց ինչ-ինչ դրամական հատկացումներով: Ավելին, արվեց այնպես, որ Արցախի հայությունը «ցրվեց» տարբեր բնակավայրերով, գյուղերով, քաղաքներով: Հաջորդող 2024-ին ու հատկապես հիմա Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն այնպիսի մթնոլորտ ու պայմաններ է ձևավորել, որ Արցախի հայության մի որոշակի մասը ստիպված լինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից էլ հեռանալ: Եվ շատերն էլ արդեն հեռացել են: Ավելին, հաճախ մեր արցախցի հայրենակիցներին, որ առանց այդ էլ կորցրել են բացարձակապես ամեն ինչ, իշխանությունները և նրանց գովաբանող քարոզիչները վերաբերվում են թշնամանքով:
Իսկ երբ մարդիկ իրենց իրավունքների մասին են բարձրաձայնում, անպատկառ վարքի ու խոսքի դրսևորման են հանդիպում թե՛ ոստիկանական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի, թե՛ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցչի, թե՛ քպականների կողմից, այնքան, որ նրանցից մեկը, ի հակադարձում արցախցու ցանկության, թե իր տունն ու հայրենիքն է ուզում, հեգնանքով ասում է, թե իրենք էլ «ծովից ծով Հայաստան» են ուզում:
Ինչպիսի՜ ցինիզմ, հատկապես մի իշխանության ներկայացուցչի կողմից, որ Արաքսից այն կողմ Արևմտյան Հայաստան չի տեսնում, որ Արարատ սարը հայկական չի համարում, որ, որ, որ...
