Իհարկե որևէ մեկն իրավունք չունի խառնվել այլոց անձնական կյանքին, նման գռեհկություն կարող է իրեն թույլ տալ միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, սակայն եթե վերջինս իրավական առումով իրավունք չունի խառնվել եկեղեցու գործերին, քանի որ Սահմանադրությամբ եկեղեցին տարանջատված է պետությունից, ապա փառք Աստծո, կառավարական ամառանոցները պետությունից անջատված չեն ու այնտեղ բնակություն հաստատելը կանոնակարգվում է օրենքով։

Անտրամաբանական կլինի, եթե այնտեղի յուրաքանչյուր բնակիչ որոշի իր հետ նույն տանը տեղավորել ասենք իր ընկերոջը, ընկերուհուն, քավորին կամ դասարանցուն։ Իհարկե, էլի եմ շեշտում, բացառապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Աննա Հակոբյանի որոշելիքն ու իրավունքն է իրենց ամուսնությանը տան օրենքի ուժ, թե՝ ոչ, սակայն, եթե չեն զագսավորվում, ապա Աննա Հակոբյանը զրկվում է կառավարական ամառանոցում ապրելու, գրասենյակ ունենալու, պետության հաշվին ճամփորդելու ու ընդհանրապես ցանկացած որևէ այլ արտոնությունից, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նա չունի օրենքով նախատեսված համապատասխան կարգավիճակ։

Ստացվում է, որ մենք՝ հարկատուներս, մուծում ենք գումարներ, որոնք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վատնում է ըստ իր քմահաճույքի։ Այդ գումարներից հատկացումներ են արվում այն անձանց համար, որոնք դրանցից օգտվելու իրավունք չունեն։ Իհարկե, այս հարցն էլի է շոշափվել, սակայն սխալ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նման գռեհկացնել ու նրա պես սրբապղծորեն մտնել մարդկանց անձնական կյանք։ Պարզապես հարցը պետք է բերել օրինական դաշտ։ Հարկատուներն իրավունք ունեն իմանալու, թե ինչի վրա են ծախսվում իրենց գումարները, ովքեր են օգտվում այդ գումարներից։

Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուզում է օրենքի երկիր ստեղծել, ապա թող բարի լինի սկսել իրենից, նախ պետբյուջե մուծի այն գումարները, որոնք առ այսօր ծախսվել են Աննա Հակոբյանի համար, հետո տուն վարձի իր աշխատավարձից ու նրան բնակեցնի այնտեղ։

Ամբողջ ծախսը վերադարձնելուց հետո նոր, եթե Փաշինյանն ուզում է իր կնոջ հետ ապրել մի հարկի տակ, ապա կարող է զագսավորվել ու Աննա Հակոբյանին նորից վերադարձնել ամառանոցներ։ Բայց միայն ծախսը վերականգնելուց հետո, քանի որ օրենքը հետադարձ ուժ չունի։ Այլապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մսխում է պետբյուջեի գումարները, ինչը քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է։

Հավելյալ անգամ շեշտում եմ՝ որևէ մեկի անձնական կյանք մտնելու ցանկություն չունեմ, ինքս խստորեն դատապարտում եմ նման արարքները ու սրբորեն հարգում ցանկացած մարդու անձնական կյանքի գաղտնիության իրավունքը, բայց կառավարական ամառանոցը պետք է վերադարձնել ժողովրդին ու հասարակությունը պետք է վստահ լինի, որ իր գումարների հաշվին այնտեղ ավելորդ մարդիկ չեն ապրում։
