Գիտնականները ԴՆԹ անալիզի միջոցով Կոլումբիայի՝ 2000 տարի առաջ անհետացած անհայտ բնիկ ժողովրդի հետքեր են հայտնաբերել

Ներկայիս Կոլումբիայի տարածքում հազարավոր տարիներ առաջ ապրած որսորդ-հավաքողների ապրած մարդկանց հին ԴՆԹ-ի նոր վերլուծությունը նախկինում անհայտ գենետիկական նախնիներ է բացահայտել:
Science Advances հանդեսում հրապարակված հետազոտության մեջ նման ծագում ունեցող մարդիկ ապրել են ժամանակակից Բոգոտայի մոտակայքում շուրջ 6000 տարի առաջ, բայց անհետացել են մոտ 4000 տարի անց։
Հարավային Ամերիկա հասած առաջին բնիկ ժողովուրդներից մի քանիսը բնակություն են հաստատել ներկայիս Բոգոտայի մերձակայքի սարահարթի Ալտիպլանո լեռան վրա։ Վաղ և միջին հոլոցենի (11 հազար 700-ից մինչև 4000 տարի առաջ) ընթացքում տարածաշրջանում տեղի են ունեցել մի շարք մշակութային տեղաշարժեր, և հետազոտողներն արդեն տեղյակ էին մոտ 2800 տարի առաջ Հերերայի ժամանակաշրջանում ի հայտ եկած կերամիկայի զարգացման մասին։ Սակայն այն, թե ինչպես է այս տեխնոլոգիան հասել տարածաշրջան, առ այսօր բանավեճի առարկա է։
Տարածաշրջանում հին բնակչության տեղաշարժերը հետազոտելու համար հետազոտողները Ալտիպլանոյի հինգ հնագիտական վայրերից վերցված 5500 տարվա վաղեմության 21 կմախքների ոսկորների և ատամների նմուշներ օգտագործելով՝ հաջորդականացրել են գենոմները:
Դրանց թվում էին Չեկուա անունով հայտնի վայրից յոթ գենոմ, որը թվագրվում է 6000 տարի առաջ, ինը գենոմ՝ Հերերա ժամանակաշրջանից՝ մոտ 2000 տարի առաջ, երեք գենոմ՝ Մուիսկա ժամանակաշրջանից, որոնց մնացորդները 1200-500 տարվա են, և երկուսը՝ Բոգոտայից հյուսիս ընկած Գուանեի պոպուլյացիաներից՝ շուրջ 530 տարի առաջ։
Սակայն մոտ 4000 տարի անց Չեկուայում հայտնաբերված այս պոպուլյացիան լիովին անհետացել էր։ Ավելի ուշ շրջանում բնակեցված խմբերի ԴՆԹ-ի հետքեր ևս չեն հայտնաբերվել։
«Մենք չկարողացանք գտնել այս վաղ որսորդ-հավաքողների որևէ ժառանգ Կոլումբիայի բարձրավանդակներից. գեները չեն փոխանցվել: Դա նշանակում է, որ Բոգոտայի շրջակայքում բնակչության ամբողջական փոխանակում է տեղի ունեցել», -նշել են գիտնականները:
Հայտնագործությունները ենթադրում են, որ Հերերայի ժամանակաշրջանի վաղ շրջանում տեղի ունեցած մշակութային փոփոխությունները, մասնավորապես՝ կավագործության օգտագործման աճը, 6000-2000 տարի առաջ տարածաշրջան են բերել Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայից Հարավային Ամերիկա գաղթած խմբերը։
