Ապրիլի 23-ին ՆԳ նախարարության փրկարար ծառայությունում տեղի է ունեցել «Օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու և աշխատակարգը հաստատելու մասին» միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի հերթական նիստը, որը նախագահել է ՓԾ տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, փրկարարական ծառայության գեներալ-մայոր Կամո Ցուցուլյանը։

Մասնակցել են շահագրգիռ պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ, հայտնում են ՆԳ նախարարությունից:

«Կամո Ցուցուլյանը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ներկաներին սերտ համագործակցության համար՝ ընդգծելով միջգերատեսչական ձևաչափով պարբերական հանդիպումների կարևորությունը։

Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենն անդրադարձել է աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության առանցքային նպատակներին՝ ներկայացնելով աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը, արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման ու դրանց հետևանքների արդյունավետ վերացման ուղիները։

Փրկարար ծառայության բնակչության պաշտպանության և աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման վարչության պետ Գուրգեն Մարտիրոսյանը ներկայացրել է 2024 թվականին հանրապետության սողանքային վտանգավոր 7 տեղամասերում կատարված աշխատանքները։ Փրկարարական ծառայության գնդապետը օրակարգային հարցերի շրջանակներում հանգամանորեն անդրադարձել է մի շարք մարզերում կատարված ինժեներաերկրաբանական ուսումնասիրություններին ու դրանց արդյունքներին՝ նշելով, որ ուսումնասիրությունները մեծապես նպաստել են կանխարգելիչ և հակասողանքային միջոցառումների ծրագրավորմանը և արդյունավետ իրագործմանը։

Ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրվել է առկա ռիսկերի համակողմանի վերլուծության, ինչպես նաև իրականացվող գործողությունների ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած խոչընդոտների, տեխնիկական բարդությունների վրա։ Այս համատեքստում կարևորել է միջգերատեսչական մակարդակում սերտ համագործակցությունը՝ առկա խնդիրներին համատեղ ու համակարգված լուծում տալու նպատակով։

Ընդգծել է, որ չնայած առկա մարտահրավերներին, ձեռնարկվելիք միջոցառումները նպատակ ունեն ապահովել բնակչության անվտանգությունն ու ենթակառուցվածքների անխափան շահագործումը, ինչը կնպաստի բնական աղետների ռիսկերի առավել արդյունավետ կառավարմանը, վտանգների չեզոքացմանն ու հնարավոր հետևանքների նվազեցմանը։

Նիստի ընթացքում միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի անդամները ներկայացրել են իրենց գերատեսչությունների կողմից իրականացված ծրագրերը՝ համակողմանի անդրադառնալով առկա խնդիրներին և առաջարկելով առարկայական լուծումներ՝ միջոցառումների արդյունավետ իրականացման համար։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում բարձրացված հարցերի առնչությամբ մասնակիցների առաջարկած լուծումները դարձել են ընդհանուր քննարկման առարկա՝ հիմնված նրանց մասնագիտական վերլուծությունների, ոլորտային առանձնահատկությունների և կառուցողական համագործակցության վրա։

Ամփոփելով նիստը՝ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը շեշտել է, որ աղետների ռիսկի արդյունավետ կառավարումը պահանջում է հետևողական մոտեցում, որը հիմնված է օպերատիվ արձագանքման, հստակ կոորդինացման և շարունակական աշխատանքի վրա՝ նպատակ ունենալով հնարավոր վտանգներին արագ դիմագրավել և դրանց հաղթահարման համար արդյունավետ կարողություններ ձևավորել»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
