26-ամյա Էլենին վրաերթի ենթարկած ու կյանքից զրկած վարորդը կդատապարվի 2 տարով․ ծնողները պատրաստվում են բողոքարկել

26-ամյա Էլենին վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդը կդատապարտվի 2 տարով։ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորն արդեն հայտնել է Էլենի ծնողներին, որ վճիռը կայացվել է, սակայն, վրաերթից կյանքից զրկված աղջկա ծնողները որոշել են բողոքարկել։
«Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել նախորդ տարվա մայիսի 20-ին՝ Սարալանջի ճանապարհի անցումի վրա։ 5 մեքենա կանգնել է, որ Էլենն անցնի, բայց էդ պահին Հովհաննեսը, վարելով իր «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, արագությամբ «պրոծիվ» մտել ու անցումի վրա խփել է աղջկաս, նա ընկել է 10 մետր հեռավորության վրա։ Արհեստական շնչառության տակ մնացել է մի քանի ժամ, նույն օրը գիշերը մահացել է»,- MediaHub-ին ասաց Գենադի Սարգսյանը, նշելով, որ դստերը վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդը՝ 19-ամյա Հովհաննես Փափազյանը, դեպքից 6 օր հետո է միայն հարցաքննվել։
Հոր խոսքով՝ աղջկա մահվան գործի հետ կապված բացարձակ անտարբերություն է ցուցաբերել նաև ոստիկանությունը։ Մասնավորապես, ասել են, թե իրեղեն ապացույց չկա, տարածքի տեսախցիկներն անսարքության պատճառով ոչինչ չեն ֆիքսել։
«Բացի այդ, Հովհաննեսը նախնական ցուցմունքում այլ բան է ասել, իբր մեքենան վարել է 30-40 կմ/ժ արագությամբ, և որ այդ պահին այլ մեքենաներ տարածքում չեն եղել։ Նախնական ցուցմունքում արձանագրվել է, որ Էլենը վերջին պահին է դուրս եկել երթևեկելի գոտի, ու այդպես տեղի է ունեցել վրաերթը՝ պատահականության արդյունքում։ Դեպքի վայրի հարակից խանութների ու բնակարանների տեսախցիկները ֆիքսել են վրաերթը, սակայն, տեսանյութը որևէ մեկը չի տրամադրել՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ դրանք այլ տեղ են նայում, ոչ թե դեպի ճանապարհահատվածը։
Սակայն, բնակիչներից մեկը փոխանցել է յոթերորդ օրը։ Տեսանյութը տրամադրել ենք ոստիկանությանը, դրանից հետո սցենարը փոխվել է։ Հովհաննեսը հաջորդ հարցաքննության ժամանակ խոստովանել է, թե իբր շփոթված է եղել»։
Գենադիի խոսքով՝ Հովհաննեսը միայնակ չի եղել, նույն մեքենայում է եղել նաև իր ընկերը։ Դեպքից հետո Հովհաննեսի հարազատները Գենադիի ընտանիքին գումար են առաջարկել։ Վերջիններս մերժել են։ Շուտով կլրանա մեկ տարին, դատարանը նոր է կայացրել վճիռը։
«Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ դա հետաձգվել է, քանի որ, ըստ դատարանի՝ Հովհաննեսը թոքաբորբի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի, թղթեր են դասավորել։ Այսօր էլ իմացանք, որ աղջկաս կյանքից զրկած երիտասարդը պետք է դատապարվի ընդամենը 2 տարով։ Բողոքարկելու ենք»,- հավելեց Գենադին։
Նշենք, որ Սարգսյաններն Արցախից են, 2023 թվականին են բռնի տեղահանվել Ստեփանակերտից։ Գենադի Սարգսյանը երկարամյա զինվորական է։ Ծառայել է տարբեր ուժայիններում։ Որպես հետախույզ՝ մասնակցել է Արցախի պաշտպանական բոլոր մարտերին։
