ՀՀ իշխանությունը փոխանակ օգնի տեղահանված արցախցիներին ամրանալ, ներկայացնում է որպես «թշնամի»

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը գրում է․
«Այսօր Փաշինյանի կառավարությունն ընդունեց տգիտության ու ժխտողականության հերթական ակտը՝ ծանուցելով ևս առնվազն մեկ տարի առաջին դասարանում մնալու իրենց անկոտրում կամքը:
Ի հեճուկս՝
• Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի կազմակերպած բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաքի պահանջների,
• հրապարակայնորեն ու փակ ձևաչափերով ներկայացված հիմնավոր փաստարկների,
• եղած ու պլանավորվող կարգավորումներում որոշ սխալների վերաբերյալ իրենց ինքնախոստովանանքների,
• սխալները շտկելու վերաբերյալ հնչած խոստումների ու պատրաստակամության,
• ներառականության ու ժողովրդավարության վերաբերյալ ձոնվող սրտառուչ ռոմանսների՝
կառավարությունն այսօր ընդունեց այնպիսի մի որոշում, որով պարզապես խորացնելու է շուրջ 100,000 արցախցիների աղքատությունը և մղելու է շատերին արտագաղթի ճանապարհը բռնել: Արցախցիների շրջանում եղած շուրջ 70-80% աղքատությունը շուտով ավելի է աճելու, իսկ նրանց մեծամասնությունն էլ իջնելու է ծայրահեղ աղքատության շեմից ներքև:
Այս իշխանությունները փոխանակ օգնեն տեղահանված արցախցիներին ամրանալ Մայր Հայաստանում և ամրացնել այն, մեզ դիտարկում ու ներկայացնում են որպես «թշնամի»՝ իրենց ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքական երազները սնելու և ձախողումներն արդարացնելու նպատակով:
Օրեր առաջ կառավարությունը պատրաստ էր կիսատ ու ձևական զիջման գնալ, այն է՝ մեկ ամսով երկարաձգել բնակվարձի աջակցության նախկին ծրագիրը՝ դրա դիմաց պահանջելով Ազատության հրապարակում տեղադրված շտաբ-վրանի ապամոնտաժում: Ինքնին այդ առաջարկը մեր բոլորիս պայքարի հաջողության ցուցիչներից էր՝ ցույց տալով հանրային ճնշման արդյունավետությունը այսպիսի իրավիճակներում: Սա նշանակում է, որ պետք է մեր պայքարը ավելի լայն թափ ստանա՝ հանուն Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պայքարի նպատակներին, ապա թեև 12 հիմնական նպատակներ են ձևակերպված հանրահավաքի պահանջագրում, սակայն այս պահին ամենահրատապն ու ամենազանգվածայինը Մայր Հայաստանում արցախցիների կայուն ու արժանապատիվ կեցության ապահովումն է: Առանց այդ նպատակի իրականացման՝ մնացած բոլոր նպատակները կա՛մ իմաստազուրկ են, կա՛մ էլ՝ շատ ավելի դժվար իրագործելի:
