Այսօր Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի տարեկան կատարողականի հաշվետվության ժամանակ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտարարություն արեց այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում արդեն տարածված երեւույթ է դարձել այն փաստը, որ մանկատներից օրավարձով երեխաներ են վերցնում և օգտագործում մուրացկանության համար։

ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը նշեց նաեւ, որ բազմիցս է մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող երեխաներից հետաքրքրվել, թե արդյոք նրանք կապ ունեն այն կանանց հետ, որոնց հետ մուրացկանություն են անում: Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ պատասխանը միշտ բացասական է եղել։

Մանկատներում երեխաների թվի աճի եւ Երեւանում մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվողների վերաբերյալ «ՓԱՍՏ»-ը զրուցեց «Սոցիոմետր» անկախ սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանի հետ.

«Մանկատներում կատարված վերջին ուսումնասիրությունները եղել են 1991 թվականին: Այդ թվերին փախստականների հետ կապված մուրացկանությունը մեծ աճ ունեցավ: Այն պահպանվեց մինչեւ 2001-2002 թվականը:

Այսօրվա դրությամբ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվողները փոխել են իրենց գործելաոճը: Հիշում եք երեւի, որ ժամանակին նրանք գալիս էին մարդկանց տները եւ ինչ-որ բան խնդրում: Հիմա ամեն ինչ այլ կերպ է. նրանք երեխաների հետ հայտնվում են փողոցներում, սակայն մուրացկանները այդ երեխաներին վերցնում են ոչ թե մանկատնից, այլ ինչ-որ աղքատ ընտանիքից: Հնարավոր են նաեւ դեպքեր, որ մանկատներից վերցնեն երեխաների, սակայն նրանք հիմնականում պետք է լինեն ծծկեր երեխաներ, ովքեր կքնեն եւ մուրացկանի համար կդառնան գրավիչ գործոն: Շահավետ չի լինի, եթե երեխան լինի երկու կամ ասենք երեք տարեկան»:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի հայտարարության հետ կապված՝ Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը նշեց. «Բավական հեշտ է ստուգել այդ երեխան մանկատնից է, թե ոչ. պարզապես պետք է այցելել մանկատուն, նայել ցուցակով գրանցված երեխաների թվաքանակը եւ պարզել որը որից հետո է»:

Սոցիոլոգը նաեւ նկատեց, որ Հայաստանում որբացած մանուկներին սովորաբար իրենց խնամակալության տակ են վերցնում ազգական բարեկամները. «Որբ երեխաներին սովորաբար ազգականներն են փորձում պահել իրենց տանը, երեխան մանկատանը հայտնվում է ծայրահեղ դեպքում:

Մանկատներում որբ երեխաների թվի աճ չի կարող գրանցվել, քանի որ այսօրվա դրությամբ ունենք չբերության հետ կապված խնդիրներ, եւ հետո Հայաստանում բնակչության կրճատում է գնում, իսկ կրճատվող բնակչությունը չի կարող շատ որբեր ունենալ: Մենք այդքան երեխա չունենք մանկատներում, որ մուրացկաններն էլ նրանցով բիզինես անեն: Շրջեք Երեւանի փողոցներով եւ ինքներդ կհամոզվեք: Հնարավոր է հատուկենտ երեխաների հետ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվողների հանդիպեք՝ այն էլ անցումների տակ»:
