ՀՀ վաստակաոր արտիստ Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանը տարիներ շարունակ բարձրաձայնում է դերասանների չնչին աշխատավարձի մասին խնդիրը:
Դեռ 2018 թվականին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը խոստացել էր վերանայել դերասանների աշխատավարձը, սակայն մինչ օրս որևէ վերանայում չի եղել:
Այս մասին Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց դերասանուհի Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանն ու նշեց՝ վաստակավոր արտիստը մեր երկրում ստանում է 170 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ, որից 40-ը պահումներեն են:
«Ես մինչ օրս ստանում եմ 130 հազար դրամ: Ես շատ հույս ունեի, որովհետև մենք՝ դերասաններս մի քիչ էմոցիոնալ մարդիկ ենք, հավատացող ենք, ես շատ էի հավատում, բայց ոչինչ չփոխվեց: Ասելիք շատ ունեի, բայց հիմա ամեն ինչ փակվել է և ասելիք նույնիսկ չունեմ:
Արդեն անտարբեր եմ դարձել, դա շատ վատ բան է, անտարբերությունից վատ բան չկա, բայց այլևս ուժը չի հերիքում»,- Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց դերասանուհին ու հավելեց՝ հասկացել ենք, որ անիմաստ է խոսել, ոչինչ չի փոխվում:
«Ուզում ես վեր կաց բողոքիր, ուզում ես գոռա հրապարակում կամ նույնիսկ ոռնա, ոչի՛նչ չի փոխվում, ոչինչ»,- նշեց դերասանուհին ու փորձեց պատկերացնել, թե ինչ է հնարավոր անել այդ չնչին աշխատավարձով, եթե կողքից այլ եկամուտ չլինի:
«Ես չգիտեմ, ինչ կարելի է անել, եթե տրանսպորտով ես ման գալիս, կբավականացնի տրանսպորտի, հացի, ձեթի, կարտոֆիլի, սոխի ու մանր-մունր բաների: Եթե դերասանը կողմնակի եկամուտ չունեցավ, բոմժի կարգավիճակում է հայտնվում»,- խոստովանեց Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանը:
Կողմնակի եկամուտները ֆիլմերն ու սերիալներն են:
«Իսկ 130 հազար դրամը դա «բարձր» է համարվում, քանի որ Վաստակավոր արտիստի աշխատավարձն է, իսկ, նրանք, ովքեր Վաստակավոր չեն և այլ եկամուտ չունե՞ն: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, ո՞նց կարելի է ապրել այդ չնչին կոպեկներով մի ամբողջ ամիս: Դա դեպրեսիայի պատճառ է դառնում»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցն ու խոստովանեց, որ շատ է սիրում իր մասնագիտությունը:
«Ժամանակին ամպագոռգոռ բառեր էի ասում, որ, եթե ոչ մի կոպեկ էլ չտան, ես թատրոնից դուրս չեմ գա։ Ես ինձ հիմա բռնել եմ իմ սուտի մեջ: Սուտ է, եթե չունենամ ֆիլմեր կամ ամուսինս չունենա ֆիլմեր ու այլ նախագծեր, մենք չենք կարող ապրել։
Իսկ ի՞նչ ասեն մյուսներն, որոնք չունեն այդ հնարավորությունը՝ հատկապես երիտասարդները»,- մտահոգություն հայտնեց դերասանուհին:
Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանը նշեց, որ Սունդուկյան թատրոնում հիմա առաջվա նման զբաղվածություն չունի, միայն 2 ներկայացման մեջ է ներգրավված:
«Ես նաև 2 ներկայացումով զբաղված եմ Նարեկ Դուրյանի մոտ, շատ գոհ եմ, շատ շնորհակալ եմ իրենցից, լավ էլ վճարում են:
Հրազդանի թատրոնում ամուսինս բեմադրել է «Ծառերը կանգնած են մահանում» ներկայացումը, որտեղ ևս զբաղված եմ, ինչպես նաև՝ ռուսական ֆիլմերում»,- նշեց դերասանուհին:
Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանը կարծում է, որ ներկա իշխանությունը չափի զգացումը կորցրել է մարդկանց նկատմամբ.
«Կուզեմ մարդկանց մարդու տեղ դնեն, ոչ միայն արվեստի մարդկանց, այլ՝ առհասարակ: Մեր ժողովուրդը, հասարակ մարդիկ շատ մեղք են:
Բայց ուզեմ եմ մեր զրույցը դրական ավարտենք: Ես միշտ ասում էի, որ հավատում եմ, զգում եմ, որ Աստված մեզ մենակ չի թողնի:
Ուզում եմ հույսներս չկտրենք, որովհետև, եթե հույսը կտրենք, ուրեմն պիտի չապրենք:
Այդ կայծը կա իմ մեջ, որ գալու է լավ ժամանակ, որ ինչ-որ բեկումնային լավ բան է լինելու»,- ամփոփեց Ջուլիետա Ստեփանյանը:
