Մենք մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին ցույց ենք տալիս, որ Հայաստանն է կառուցողական կողմը կապի ապաշրջափակման հարցում, և եթե այս հարցում որևէ մեկի վրա պետք է ճնշում գործադրվի, դա Ադրբեջանն է։ Դրա մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշել է իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավոր, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության նախկին ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանը։
«Մենք հանգամանորեն, այդ թվում՝ գործնականում ցույց ենք տալիս, որ այդպես է»,- հավելել է նա։
Պատգամավորն անցակետեր բացելու Հայաստանի պատրաստակամության օրինակ բերեց, ինչպես նաև Մարգարայի անցակետում ՀՀ-ի իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքները։
«Նույնիսկ գոյություն ունեցող ճանապարհների վրա հնարավոր է կապ ապահովել Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև այնպես, ինչպես դա անում են Իրանի տարածքով», - նշել է նա։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ Բաքվի մոտեցումները կարող են նպատակ ունենալ դա օգտագործելու որպես բանակցությունների ձգձգման պատրվակ։
«Պատերազմի սպառնալիքի մասին կանխատեսումներ միշտ արվում են, և ես չեմ կարծում, թե այդ սպառնալիքն ավելացել է։ Այսօր մենք փորձում ենք վերացնել հնարավոր պատրվակները, ներառյալ՝ հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցը, որն օգտագործելով՝ Ադրբեջանը կարող է պատերազմ սանձազերծել։
Մեզ մեղադրում են Բաքվի հայտարարություններին անհամաչափ արձագանքելու մեջ, բայց այդ ճանապարհը ոչ մի տեղ չի տանում, միգուցե հենց դա էլ պատերազմի ճանապարհն է, ինչին, հավանաբար, փորձում է հասնել Բաքուն։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք մեր բոլոր հարևանների համար ճանապարհներ բացել անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժի համար, ինչպես անում ենք իրանական բեռնատարների համար»,- նշել է Թորոսյանը։
Նա հայտնել է, որ եվրոպական շատ ապրանքներ Հայաստան են տեղափոխվում թուրքական բեռնատարներով։
«2023 թվականին տասնյակ հազարավոր թուրքական բեռնատարներ փոխադրումներ են իրականացրել դեպի Հայաստան, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանից դեպի այլ երկրներ։ Սա նշանակում է, որ սպառնալիք չկա։
Մենք պատրաստ ենք աշխատել Բաքվի հետ ինքնիշխանության և փոխադարձության սկզբունքով։ Հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման և խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման համար ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չկա»,- ընդգծել է պատգամավորը։
Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանը պարզապես փորձում է աշխարհաքաղաքական տեղաշարժերի ֆոնին որոշակի առավելություններ ձեռք բերել։
«Մենք ասում ենք, որ պատրաստ ենք խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել միջազգային իրավունքի, օրինականության և հրապարակված սկզբունքների շրջանակում։ Սրանից դուրս ոչինչ չի կարող լինել՝ անկախ աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխություններից։ Միաժամանակ մենք հաշվի ենք առնում նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունները»,- եզրափակել է պատգամավորը։
