«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
iz.ru–ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանը կարող է մարտի սկզբին երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկել Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու գործընթաց սկսելու մասին օրինագիծը։ Փետրվարի 12-ին օրենսդիր մարմինն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է այդ փաստաթուղթը։ Սակայն ԵՄ-ին երկրի անդամակցության որոշումը կընդունվի համապետական հանրաքվեի միջոցով, ինչը ինքնին այդ փաստաթղթին տալիս է ցուցադրական բնույթ։ Ավելին, Երևանը դեռևս մտադիր չէ դուրս գալ ԵԱՏՄ-ից, թեև Մոսկվան բազմիցս զգուշացրել է, որ անհնար կլինի նստել երկու աթոռի վրա։ Մոսկվայի և Վաշինգտոնի միջև երկխոսության ֆոնին Բրյուսելի դիրքերը զգալիորեն թուլանում են, ինչը Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դեռևս չեն ուզում նկատել։
Արժե հաշվի առնել այն, որ Հայաստանի համար Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելու գործընթացը կարող է բավականին փշոտ լինել։ Իսկ որոշ փորձագետներ նույնիսկ կարծում են, որ Երևանի ինտեգրումն անիրատեսական նախաձեռնություն է։ Օրինակ՝ Թուրքիան սպասում է ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելուն 1999 թվականից։ Արժե հաշվի առնել նաև Ադրբեջանի գործոնը, որը համագործակցում է ԵՄ երկրների հետ, այդ թվում՝ էներգետիկ ոլորտում։ Դրա ֆոնին Բրյուսելը կարող է վախենալ Բաքվի հետ հարաբերությունների սրումից՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական բարդ շփումների պատճառով։ Բացի դա, վերջերս Եվրոպան զբաղված է մի փոքր այլ հարցերով։ Բրյուսելի հարաբերությունները ԱՄՆ-ի հետ լարված են, քանի որ ԵՄ-ն չի ողջունում Վաշինգտոնի քայլերը՝ ուղղված ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի կարգավորմանը։ Բազմիցս հնչել են մտահոգություններ, որ երկխոսությունը կարող է կայանալ առանց ԵՄ–ի։ Ընդ որում, ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմը սկսել է երկխոսել ռուսական կողմի հետ։ Իսկ Երևանը նախկինում որդեգրել էր Վաշինգտոնի հետ մերձեցման կուրս։ Հունվարի 14-ին ԱՄՆ-ն ու Հայաստանը ստորագրել են ռազմավարական գործընկերության խարտիա, որից հետո հանրապետությունը դարձել է հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանի միակ երկիրը, որի հետ ԱՄՆ-ը նման պայմանագիր ունի, քանի որ նոյեմբերին ԱՄՆ-ը դադարեցրել է Վրաստանի հետ ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը։
ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև երկխոսության ֆոնին Բրյուսելի դիրքերն են աստիճանաբար թուլանում, սակայն այս պայմաններում Երևանի համար արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսը փոխելու նախադրյալներ չկան, iz.ru–ի հետ զրույցում ասել է IMEMO RAS-ի Կովկասի բաժնի ղեկավար Վադիմ Մուխանովը։ «Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք հակառակ միտումը, Հայաստանը մտադիր է շարունակել մերձենալ ԵՄ-ին։ Ռուս-ամերիկյան պատվիրակությունների բանակցությունների և եվրոպական էլիտաների պառակտման փաստը դեռևս չի ազդել Երևանի դիրքորոշման վրա»,- ասել է նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ներկայում մտադիր են շարունակել իրենց բոլոր ջանքերը կենտրոնացնել «պայմանական եվրոպական ինտեգրման վրա»։
