ՔԿՀ–ներում հացադուլ հայտարարածները քչացել են․ ի՞նչ է կատարվում

Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում վիճակը շարունակում է բարդ մնալ: Անցած շաբաթ ՄԻՊ Անահիտ Մանասյանն հայտնեց, որ 2025 թվականի հունվար ամսվա դրությամբ ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում գրանցվել է մահվան 3, այդ թվում՝ ըստ հրապարակված տեղեկատվության` ինքնասպանության 2 դեպք, որին հաջորդեց ընդդիմադիր  պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանի հայտարարությունը, որ ՔԿՀ-ներում տարրական պայմանների բացակայությունն ու ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունքը դրդում են ազատազրկված անձանց դիմելու ծայրահեղ միջոցների՝ հացադուլի, ինքնավնասման, ինքնասպանության։ 

MediaHub-ն ավելի վաղ գրել էր, որ ՔԿՀ-ներում 3 հոգի գտնվում են հացադուլի մեջ, իսկ պատճառը կապված է նրանց քրեական գործերի հետ։ Մեզ հետ զրույցում ՔԿ վարչության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Նոնա Նավիկյանը հայտնեց, որ հացադուլ հայտարարած 3 կալանավորված անձանցից մեկը դադարեցրել է հացադուլը։

«Հունվարի 29-ի դրությամբ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում հացադուլում գտնվում է 2 կալանավորված անձ, պատճառն իրենց առաջադրված մեղադրանքների հետ անհամաձայնությունն է։ Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից շարունակվում են իրականացվել մասնագիտական, բացատրական և խորհրդատվական աշխատանքներ նշված 2 կալանավորված անձանց հետ, վերջիններս գտնվում են Առողջապահության նախարարության «Քրեակատարողական բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո։ Այս պահի դրությամբ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում հացադուլի այլ դեպքեր չկան»,– նշեց նա։

Իր հերթին, «Քրեակատարողական բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից էլ մանրամասնեցին, որ հացադուլի մեջ գտնվող անձինքն գտնվում են բուժանձնակազմի հսկողության տակ ու բժշկական առումով անհրաժեշտ ամենն արվում է, նրանք պարբերաբար հետազոտությունների են ենթարկվում քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցներում, և եթե կարիք լինում է, հացադուլից դուրս գալուց հետո էլ վիճակը գնահատվում է, նոր սկսվում է հետհացադուլային վերականգնողական բուժումը։

«Բոլոր հացադուլավորները բոլոր ՔԿՀ-ներում միշտ գտնվում են բուժանձնակազմի ուժեղացված հսկողության տակ, և ինչի կարիքն ունեն այդ պահին արվում է, եթե հացադուլին չի հակասում: Օրինակ, եթե մարդը հացադուլի մեջ է, գիտակցության կորուստ չունի և այլն, իր կամքին հակառակ սնուցող դեղորայքային բուժում իրավունք չունեն անելու, եթե մարդու գիտակցությունը տեղն է՝ գլյուկոզա չեն միացնում։ Հացադուլը անձի իրավունքն է, եթե անձը մնում է հացադուլի մեջ, 10 օր հետո տանում են քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց, հետազոտություններ անում, որոշում են այդ պահին առողջական վիճակը, խորհուրդ է տրվում հացադուլից դուրս գալ, եթե հացադուլից դուրս չեն գալիս, ապա հսկում են»,- հավելեցին ՊՈԱԿ-ից։
