1. Ավելի շատ խմիր: Հաճախ ծարավը քողարկվում է սովի տակ, և անընդհատ թվում է, թե ուտել ես ուզում: Իրականում օրգանիզմում հեղուկի պակասը կարող է բերել ոչ միայն սովի, այլև գլխացավի, վատ ինքնազգացողության:

2. «Մեկ գդալի» օրենք: Մի կեր ամբողջ չափաբաժինը, ափսեի մեջ գոնե մեկ գդալ թող մնա: Այդ կերպ գոնե ամեն անամ 100-150 կկալ կկորցնես:

3. Քաղցրավենիքը փոխարինում է մսին: Եթե դու քաղցրի պահանջ ես զգում, ապա այդ պահին մթերքը փոխարինիր հավի մսով, ձկով կամ էլ անյուղ կաթնաշոռով: Ուղեղին սնունդ է հարկավոր աշխատելու համար, այդ պատճառով կերակրիր նրան օգտակար մթերքներով:

4. Հոգնել ես նստել համակարգչի դիմա՞ց: Ուղղակի դուրս արի զբոսնելու: Եթե 1 ժամը մեկ համակարգչից հեռանաս 5-10 րոպեով, ապա հեշտությամբ կկորցնես 240-250 կկալ:

5. Աստիճաններով միայն ոտքով բարձրացեք: Երբ ամեն անգամ բարձրանում ես աստիճաններով, այրում ես 40 կկալ, իսկ վերելակով՝ միայն 3-ը:

6. Ոչ մի ալկոհոլ: 1լ մաքուր սպիրտի մեջ կա 7000 կկալ: Համապատասխանաբար, ըմպելիքում յուրաքանչյուր 1% սպիրտի մեջ 7 կկալ է պարունակվում:
