Արտեմ Ասատարյանը ՉԺՀ դեսպանին ներկայացրել է սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումները

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հունվարի 29-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ  և լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Թիան Էրլունին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար  Արտեմ Ասատրյանը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն սկսելու կապակցությամբ, մաղթել հաջողություններ  և արգասաբեր աշխատանք:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարը ներկայացրել է սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները՝  համալիր սոցիալական ծառայությունների համակարգի ներդրման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները, սոցիալական աշխատողի ինսիտիտուտի  կայացումը, սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների կարիքների ամբողջական գնահատումն ու գնահատված կարիքին համապատասխան սոցիալական ծառայությունների տրամադրումը: Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է նաև  բազմաստիճան կենսաթոշաային համակարգը:

Դեսպան Թիան Էրլունը  բարձր է գնահատել  ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, հատկապես ընդգծել է կենսաթոշակային  նոր համակարգի ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը՝  նշելով, որ բավական ուսումնասիրել է համակարգը և  գնահատում է դրա արդյունավետությունը:  Դեսպանը  հետաքրքրվել է նաև երիտասարդների   զբաղվածության  խնդիրներով:

Զբաղվածության ոլորտում իրականացվող նոր քաղաքականությունը ներկայացնելիս՝ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ այն  հիմնականում ուղղված է երիտասարդների զբաղվածության ապահովմանը: «Զբաղվածության պետական տասնմեկ  ակտիվ ծրագրեր են այսօր իրականացվում, որոնք վերապատրաստում, վերաորակավորում են երիտասարդներին և անմրցունակ անձանց աշխատաշուկայում իրենց  տեղն զբաղեցնելու համար : Շուրջ 17 հազարանձ այսօր ապահովված  է կայուն և ժամանակավոր զբաղվածությամբ նշածս պետական զբաղվածության ծրագրերով»,- նշել է նախարարը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին դեսպանը Էրլունը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ դեսպանատունը պատրաստակամ է սոցիալական  ոլորտում  ամրապնդել համագործակցությունը և կայունացնել գործընկերային հարաբերությունները:
