Օրվա մեջ գոնե  15 րոպե մտածել լավ բանի մասին։ Կենտրոնացեք մի բանի վրա, որը ձեզ մոտ միայն դրական մտքեր է առաջացնում եւ փորձեք ուրիշ այլ բանով չշեղվել։ Եթե սկսեք մարզվել այս կերպ, ապա արդեն երկու շաբաթ անց կզգաք դրական հոգեբանական արդյունք եւ կսկսեք շրջապատող աշխարհն ավելի հեշտ ընկալել։
