Բոլորը շատ լավ գիտեն, թե ինչ է նշանակում պետական գաղտնիք, այս ընթացքում երբևէ չեմ դիմել այս կամ այն գաղտնի փաստաթղթին ծանոթանալու համար: Այս մասին Աժ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը, ում ՔՊ-ն մեղադրում է արտահոսքի՝ այդ թվում պետական գաղտնիք հանդիսացող տեղեկատվության արտահոսքի մեջ:

Դիտարկմանը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Կոնջորյանն ասել է, որ չեք հերքել, որ արտահոսք եք արել, նա ասաց. «Ոնց որ թե արտահայտվեցի արտահոսքի համար, և զարմանք հայտնեցի, թե ոնց է եղել, որ իմ անձնական դաշտին վերաբերող նյութեր են հայտնվել վարչությունում, վարչապետի մոտ»,- ասել է նա:

Աղազարյանը պատմել է, որ երբ Քյարամյանի հետ կապված միջադեպի շրջանակներում իր փաստաբանը հայց էր ներկայացրել դատախազություն, որ քրեական վարույթ հարուցվի, այդ շրջանակում տեղի էր ունեցել հարցաքննություն և իր հեռախոսն առգրավել են:

«Ես չեմ դիմադրել, ասել եմ՝ չգրեք առգրավել, կգրեք՝ խնդրեցինք, Աղազարյանը տվեց, ձայնագրությունը կա: Հեռախոսս 10 օրից ավելի գտնվել է քննիչի մոտ: Քննիչն ասաց, որ իրենց հետաքրքրում է միայն ու միայն այն զանգերը, որոնք կապ ունեն պարոն Քյարամյանի հետ կապված գործով, բայց այնպիսի բաներ ունեմ, որ պետք չէ կարդաք, հետո ասացի, եթե կարդում եք, կարդացեք, տղա եք, հանկարծ չհրապարակե՛ք:

Ասացին՝ պարոն Աղազարյան, ինչե՞ր եք ասում, Դուք գիտե՞ք, որ պետության մեջ եք: Ես հպարտ կեցվածք ընդունեցի, բայց պարզվում է, որ իմ հեռախոսը բացել են, շատ նյութեր հայտնվել է վարչապետի մոտ, չգիտեմ, թե որքանով է օրենքի շրջանակներում դա»,- ասել է նա:

Հարցին՝ բացառո՞ւմ է, որ Փաշինյանի հրահանգով է դա արվել, նա արձագանքեց. «Չէի ուզի հավատալ դրան»:

Ապա նա նշեց, որ իր հայհոյախառն նամակները հայտնվել են Փաշինյանի մոտ: «Ես փոքր ժամանակից խնդիրներին մեջքով չեմ շրջվել, նայել եմ պրոբլեմների աչքերին ու լուծել եմ դրանք: Հետևաբար չի կարող մեկն ասի՝ քո սենցն ու նենցը, դու հայրեինք ես ծախել, ես կասեմ՝ գիտես ի՞նչ, ես քո մակարդակին չեմ իջնի: Ինքը մի բան կասի, ես տասը կասեմ: Չեմ բացառում նաև հատուկ ծառայություններից մարդիկ գրել են, մի բան են ասել, ես տասն եմ ասել, ինչ-որ բաների են հասել»,- ասել է նա:

Աղազարյանն առաջարկեց երկու լրագող և ֆրակցիայից երկու հոգի գնան նստեն ու կարդան, թե որտեղից է սկսել ու որտեղ վերջացել այդ ամենը:

Նա նաև նշեց, որ իր փաստաբանը գտնում է, որ պետք է քննիչի հետ կապված գործ լինի:
