 Ֆրանսիան նոր գլուխ է բացել Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններում՝ վերջին 17 տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Փարիզում ընդունելով Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահին: Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի եւ Հասան Ռոուհանիի բանակցությունները հունվարի 28-ին տեղի են ունեցել Ելիսեյան պալատում: Դրանք տեւել են ավելի քան երկու ժամ եւ ավարտվել երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցերի վերաբերյալ շուրջ 30 փաստաթղթերի ստորագրմամբ, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

«Այսօր նոր գլուխ է բացվում մեր երկրների հարաբերություններում,- հայտարարել է Օլանդը:- Դա օգտակար կլինի ոչ միայն մեր երկրների, այլեւ ամբողջ աշխարհի համար»:

Փարիզում ստորագրված համաձայնագրերն ընդգրկում են գյուղատնտեսության, առողջապահության, մշակույթի ոլորտները, բանկային հատվածը եւ մեքենաշինության բնագավառը, նշել է Օլանդը: Ըստ նախնական գնահատումների՝ պարտավորագրերի ընդհանուր գումարը կազմում է շուրջ 15 մլրդ եվրո: Սակայն, ինչպես նշում են ֆրանսիացի փորձագետները, շատ բան կախված կլինի դրանց հետագա իրագործումից: Այսպես, Իրանի կողմից 100-ից ավելի Airbus մարդատար ինքնաթիռների գնման շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունն առայժմ մնում է ոչ թե լիարժեք համաձայնագիր Է, այլ մտադրությունների վերաբերյալ արձանագրո ւթյան կարգավիճակում Է:

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ ֆրանսիական Total կորպորացիան իրանցի գործընկերների հետ պարտավորագիր է կնքել անմշակ նավթի գնման վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հայտնել է ընկերության ղեկավար Պատրիկ Պույաննեն, պլանավորվում է, որ մատակարարումների ծավալը կկազմի օրական 150-200 հազար բարել:

Իրանի հետ հատուկ հույսեր են կապում նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի առաջատար ավտոմոբիլաշինարարները: Հայտնի է դարձել, որ Peugeot Citron ֆրանսիական կոնցեռնը մտադիր է համատեղ ձեռնարկություն ստեղծել Iran Khodro իրանական ֆիրմայի հետ: Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ համատեղ ձեռնարկությունը կսկսի աշխատել 2017 թվականին, ձեռնարկության փոխակրիչից տարեկան կիջնի 200 հազար ավտոմեքենա: Կգործարկվի Peugeot-ի երեք մոդել: Ընդսմին մեքենաների դետալների առնվազն 40 տոկոսը կարտադրվի Իսլամական Հանրապետության տարածքում:

«Մեր հարաբերությունները չպետք է սահմանափակվեն միայն տնտեսական հարցերով,- հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը՝ ամփոփելով Ռոուհանիի հետ զրույցի արդյունքները:- Կարեւոր դեր պետք է խաղա դիվանագիտությունը»: Օլանդը հայտնել է, որ ԱԳ նախարարներ Լորան Ֆաբիուսին եւ Ջավադ Զարիֆին հանձնարարություն է տրվել՝ կարգավորել «երկու երկրների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների կանոնավոր երկխոսությունը»:

Բանակցությունների ընթացքում քանիցս արծարծվել է սիրիական հակամարտությունը: «Սիրիայում անցումային քաղաքական գործընթացը հնարավոր է»,- հայտարարել է Օլանդը: Ռոուհանին համաձայնել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է լուծել Սիրիայի ճգնաժամը, բայց միաժամանակ հասկանալ է տվել, որ Փարիզի եւ Թեհրանի դիրքորոշումները տարբեր են կոնկրետ մոտեցումների հարցում, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
