Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Հելսինկիում կայացել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Ֆինլանդիայի ԱԳ նախարար Էլինա Վալտոնենի առանձնազրույցը, որին հաջորդել է ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպում։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են քաղաքական երկխոսությանը զուգահեռ ոլորտային տարբեր ուղղություններով համագործակցության զարգացման հնարավորությունները, այդ թվում՝ առևտրի, գործարար կապերի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և կրթության ոլորտներում։ Առանձնանշվել են ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կողմից իրականացվող շարունակական բարեփոխումները և այդ հարցում Ֆինլանդիայի կողմից աջակցության ծրագրերը։
Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Էլինա Վալտոնենը հանգամանալից քննարկել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության օրակարգային հարցեր։ Անդրադարձ է կատարվել հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկային, այդ ուղղությամբ հասարակության շրջանում ակտիվ քննարկումներին, մշակվող գործընկերության նոր օրակարգի լայն շրջանակին և հնարավոր հեռանկարներին։ ԵՄ կառույցների և անդամ երկրների հետ համագործակցությամբ կիրառվող կարևոր գործիքների շարքում մատնանշվել են վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկը, Եվրոպական խաղաղության գործիքի ներքո ՀՀ-ին աջակցության տրամադրումը, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ մշտադիտարկման առաքելության գործունեության կարևորությունը։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել բազմակողմ հարթակներում փոխգործակցությանը, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ֆինլանդիայի առաջիկա նախագահության շրջանակներում։
Հայաստանի և Ֆինլանդիայի ԱԳ նախարարները մտքեր են փոխանակել տարածաշրջանային հարցերի շուրջ։ Նախարար Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է հարևանների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերը։ Հարավային Կովկասում հարատև կայունության հաստատման համատեքստում Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման ՀՀ տեսլականը։
