ԵՄ դիվանագիտական ծառայության ղեկավար Ժոզեպ Բորելը հաստատել է, որ ԵՄ արտգործնախարարները և պաշտպանության նախարարները նոյեմբերի 18-19-ը կքննարկեն Ռուսաստանի տարածքին եվրոպական զենքերով հարվածելու սահմանափակումների վերացումը, սակայն նշել է, որ վստահ չէ արդյունքի հարցում։ Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է Բրյուսելում ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպմանը ժամանելուն պես, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Այս մասին քննարկում կլինի, և ես հուսով եմ, որ բոլոր նախարարները համաձայնության կգան այս հարցում, բայց եթե ոչ, ապա յուրաքանչյուր երկիր կանի այն, ինչ ճիշտ է համարում», - ասել է Բորելը` մեկնաբանելով ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդագրությունները, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները թույլ է տվել իր զենքերով հարվածներ հասցնել Ռուսաստանի տարածքի խորքին:
Բորելը նաև ընդգծել է, որ ինքն անձամբ միշտ աջակցել է եվրոպական զենքով նման հարվածներին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ամերիկյան մի շարք առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներ՝ New York Times-ը, Washington Post, Axios-ը, հայտել են, որ ԱՄՆ-ն Ուկրաինային թույլ է տվել իր տրամադրած հեռահառ հրթիռներով հարվածել ՌԴ տարածքի խորքին, ինչի մասին վերջին ամիսներին Կիևն անընդհատ խնդրում էր Վաշինգտոնին:
Ինչպես գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, առաջինն այդ մասին գրել է New York Times-ը՝ պնդելով, որ խոսքը ATACMS մարտավարական բալիստիկ հրթիռների մասին է:
Տեղեկությունը պաշտոնապես չի հաստատվել. ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հրաժարվել է պատասխանել Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ամերիկյան հեռահար զինատեսակներով հարվածներ հասցնելու թույլտվության մասին հարցին։
Մինչդեռ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին այս առնչությամբ ասել է.«Խաղաղության ծրագրի գլխավոր կետերից մեկը մեր բանակի հեռահարությունն է: Այսօր լրատվամիջոցներից շատերն ասում են, որ մենք հակահարված տալու թույլտվություն ենք ստացել, բայց հարվածները խոսքերով չեն հասցվում։ Նման բաների մասին նախապես չեն հայտարարում։ Հրթիռներն իրենք իրենց մասին կխոսեն։ Միանշանակ»։
Տեղեկության տարածումից հետո Le Figaro-ն գրել է, որ Ֆրանսիան և Մեծ Բրիտանիան նույնպես թույլ են տվել հեռահար զենքերով հարվածներ հասցնել Ռուսաստանի տարածքի խորքին:
Reuters-ը պնդում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն խորը հարվածներ կարող են իրականացվել առաջիկա օրերին:
