Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 79-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպում կունենա Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ։ Այս մասին հայտնել են թուրքական լրատվամիջոցները, իսկ հայկական կողմը չի հերքել նման հավանականությունը:

Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև բազմաթիվ հարցեր կան՝ սկսած հայ–թուրքական սահմանից մինչև այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք», որի մասին պարբերաբար խոսում է Անկարան: Արդյո՞ք հանդիպման ժամանակ կքննարկվեն այս հարցերը և ի՞նչ դիրքերից է հանդես գալու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, երբ վիզավին՝ Էրդողանը, ակնհայտ պաշտպանում է Իլհամ Ալիևի շահերը: Այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանի հետ։

Վերջինս նշեց՝ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպման նպատակը սեփական ամբիցիաներն են։
«Իմ կարծիքով՝ այս հանդիպումն Էրդողանին հարկավոր է, որ ցույց տա թե՛ աշխարհին, թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ին, որ Թուրքիան կարևոր դերակատարում ունի տարածաշրջանում, որ Թուրքիան շահագրգռված է, որ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորվեն, այլ նաև տարածաշրջանում համագործակցություն լինի։ Թուրքիան փորձում է վարել համամոլորակային քաղաքականություն, փորձում է իր տեղն աշխարհում մեծացնել»,- նշեց Սաֆրաստյանը։

Թուրքագետը համոզված է՝ Էրդողանը կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու նպատակ չունի կամ քննարկելու Փաշինյանի հետ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը։ Էրդողանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից կլինեն սկզբունքային կարևոր քայլեր հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ ստորագրվի «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։

«Չեմ բացառում, որ Էրդողանը կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծելու համար, թե Թուրքիան պատրաստ է հարաբերությունները կարգավորել Հայաստանի հետ, փոքր, սկզբունքային նշանակություն չունեցող խնդիրների անդրադառնալ։ Բայց լայնածավալ ոչինչ չի լինի»,– նշեց նա։ 

Այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասով էլ թուրքագետը նշեց, որ Թուրքիան հիմա այդ հարցը լուրջ չի բարձրացնի, թեև հնարավոր է Թուրքիայի առաջնորդը այդ մասին խոսի, քանի որ  իրենց համար կարևոր է «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։

«Թուրքիայի համար կարևոր է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը», քանի որ այն կարող է «օրինականացնել» նոր իրավիճակը, որ ստեղծվել է մեր տարածաշրջանում 2020թ․ պատերազմում Հայաստանի պարտությունից հետո, իսկ նոր իրավիճակը մեր տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի դերի ավելացման արտահայտումն իր մեջ ունի։ Դրա համար Թուրքիան շահագրգռված է, որ պայմանագիրը ստորագրվի՝ իր նոր կարգավիճակը «օրինականացվի» հայ–ադրբեջանական պայմանագրի միջոցով»,– եզրափակեց թուրքագետը։
