ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նարգիլեն մեկ կամ ավելի ձողեր ունեցող ծխելու սարք է` ներշնչվող ծուխը ֆիլտրելու և սառեցնելու հարմարանքով։ Ֆիլտրի դեր է կատարում ջրով, գինով կամ այլ հեղուկով ամանը։ Ամանի մեջ ծխելու բաժակ է տեղադրված, որի ծայրը միացած է ջրի տակ գնացող ձողին։ Ծխելու ժամանակ նարգիլեի ամանում նոսրացում է առաջանում, որի շնորհիվ ծուխը հեղուկի միջով բարձրանում է և ծխամորճի ձողով անցնում է ծխողի բերանը։ Եթե հարցնեք սովորական քաղաքացուն, թե որտեղից է նարգիլեն մտել մեր կյանք, մեծամասնությունը կպատասխանի, որ դա արևել յան գյուտ է: Իրականում նարգիլեի պատմությունը սկիզբ է առել Հնդկաստանում, և միայն դրանից հետո է այն տարածվել ոչ միայն Արևելքում, այլ նաև ամբողջ աշխարհում, իսկ 19-րդ դարում մտել է նաև Եվրոպա: Այդ մասին են վկայում ծխելու այս սարքի մեծ թվով անունները:
Օրինակ՝ Հնդկաստանում այն հայտնի է որպես «շեշա»: «Նարգիլե» անվանումը տարածված է արևել յան երկրներում, իսկ խորհրդային ժողովրդին հայտնի է որպես «բուլբուլ յատոր»: Նարգիլե բառն առաջացել է պարսկերեն համարժեք բառից, որը թարգմանաբար նշանակում է «կոկոս»: Սկզբնական շրջանում հենց դրանից են պատրաստել նարգիլե: Ծխելու այս սարքը նաև հայտնի է որպես «հուգգա», «բորի», «բոնգ»: Եվ դրանք նարգիլեի բոլոր անվանումները չեն: Հանրահայտ է նաև «կալ յան» անվանումը, որը արաբերենից թարգմանաբար նշանակում է «եռացող»: Նարգիլեի առաջացման պատմության տարբեր վարկածներ գոյություն ունեն:
Օրինակ՝ համարվում է, որ Հնդկաստանում այն ի սկզբանե հորինվել է բժշկական նպատակներով, մասնավորապես՝ ծխելու միջոցով անզգայացման համար: Ամերիկայում ծխախոտ ծխելու համար ևս օգտագործվել է նարգիլե (այն ժամանակ դա եղել է դդումը): Նարգիլե ծխելը ներկայում ևս տարածված է: Ենթադրվում է, որ նարգիլեի օգտագործումը առողջության համար այնքան վնասակար չէ, որքան, օրինակ՝ սովորական սիգար կամ սիգարետ ծխելը: Բայց կան ապացույցներ և իրականացված հետազոտություններ, որ նման կարծիքը սխալ է: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ծուխը նարգիլեի մեջ զտված է և իջնում է նիկոտինի քանակությունը, բայց այն դեռ պարունակում է տոքսիններ, որոնք բացասաբար են անդրադառնում թոքերի, սրտի և այլ օրգանների վրա:
Այնուամենայնիվ, նարգիլե ծխելը մի տեսակ, կարծես, ծես է, մի ամբողջ փիլիսոփայություն: Այս դեպքում, առաջին հերթին, կարևոր չէ ոչ այնքան ծխելու խառնուրդը, որքան գործընթացն ինքնին: Այստեղ կարևոր է համապատասխան միջավայրը, ինչպես նաև այն հաճելի ընկերակցությունը, որտեղ կարելի է հանգիստ զրուցել: Ընդ որում, հիմա շատ տարածված են աննիկոտին նարգիլեները՝ որպես ապացույց հենց վերը նշվածի:
