Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն ինքն իրեն հակասում է

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն վերջին ճիգերն է գործադրում փրկելու նավթախավիարային դիվանագիտության պտուղները՝ երկու հակահայկական բանաձևերը՝ որոնք պետք է քննակվեն ԵԽԽՎ-ի ձմեռային նստաշրջանում՝ որն իր աշխատանքը սկսում է հունվարի 25-ին, Ստրասբուրգում: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն համոզված էր, որ իրենց կողմից գնված բրիտանացի և բոսնիացի երկու պատգամավորների հակահայ բանաձևերը առանց որևէ դժվարության կընդունվեն: Սակայն հունվարի 22-ին Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների՝ ՌԴ-ի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի կոչը ԵԽԽՎ-ին՝ չձեռնարկել քայլեր, որոնք կբարդացնեն բանակցային գործընթացը Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի շուրջ, «սառը ցնցուղ» էր Բաքվի գլխին:
Նոկդաունային վիճակում գտնվող Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն այսօր նոր արձագանքեց Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությանը։ Սակայն ավելի լավ կլիներ, եթե Է.Մամեդյարովի գերատեսչությունը լռեր, քանի որ դրա հեղինակները ուղղակի ծիծաղելի վիճակում են հայտնվել: Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակի, որն ընթերցել էր այդ տգիտությունը, Մինսկի խումբն իրավունք չունի «սեփականաշնորհելու» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ընթացող բանակցությունները:
«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին ոչ ոք մենաշնորհ չի տվել»,-բողոքում է Հ.Հաջիևը: Սակայն երկու նախադասություն անց նույն Հաջիևը հայտարարում է. «20 տարի առաջ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին տրված մանդատը (կարդա՝ մենաշնորհը) վերջինս մինչև հիմա չի արդարացրել` ոչ մի առաջընթաց չգրանցելով բանակցություններում: «Հաջիևը բողոքում է, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները մոնոպոլիզացրել են բանակցությունների գործընթացը, որի իրավունքը չունեն: Սակայն հետո ինքն իրեն հերքում է ու բացահայտում, որ ՄԱԿ-ն է հենց այդ մենաշնորհը տրամադրել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին: Այս հայտարարության մյուս մասերը մեզ հետաքրքիր չեն, քանի որ կրկնում են պաշտոնական Բաքվի անգիր արած «շաբլոն» մտքերը:
Մամեդյարովի ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունում իրոք շատ ծանր վիճակ է: Դիվանագետներն իրավունք չունեն հիստերիաի մեջ ընկնեն ու այսպիսի կոպիտ սխալներ անեն: Տարրական մի գրագետ հայտարարություն չեն կարող պատրաստել:
Հուսով եմ, որ այս անգրագետ հայտարարությանը հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձնեն ոչ միայն մեզ մոտ, այլև այն մայրաքաղաքներում, որոնք մինչև հիմա օգտվելով Բաքվից հոսող նավթադոլլարներից, գերադասում էին չնկատել ազերիների «սխալները»: Բաքվում դոլարի սղությունը կբացի անկաշառ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների «աչքերը» ազերիների կողմից թույլ տրված կոպիտ սխալների վրա:
