34-ամյա ՌԴ քաղաքացին կրակել է Արարատի մարզի բնակչի ոտքերին․ նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել

ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժնում իրականացվող քննությամբ պարզվում են նույն մարզի 47-ամյա բնակչի առողջությանը հրազենի գործադրմամբ վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի հանգամանքները։
2024 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ին «Արարատի հիվանդանոց» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ոտքին հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել 47-ամյա տղամարդ։
Ավելի ուշ պարզվել է, որ վերջինս վնասվածքը ստացել է Արարատ գյուղում գտնվող իր խանութի մոտ հնչած կրակոցների հետևանքով։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ՝ հիշյալ խանութի հետնամասից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են 2 կրակված պարկուճներ։
Իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Արարատի բնակչին առերևույթ մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել ՌԴ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 34-ամյա մի տղամարդ։
Վերջինս, ըստ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների, 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ին՝ ժամը 11։00-ից 12։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Արարատի բնակչին հանդիպելու պատրվակով, որպես հաճախորդ գնացել է նրան պատկանող խանութ, ապա անձնական հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար, նրա հետ քայլել խանութի հետնամաս։
Այնտեղ տեղի ունեցած խոսակցության ժամանակ տղամարդը, քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում ձեռք բերված և իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող ակոսափող ատրճանակով 2 անգամ կրակել է Արարատի բնակչի ոտքերի ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածնքեր։
Նույն օրը ձեռնարկված քննչական, ինչպես նաև օպեատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում 34-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում՝ ՀՀ տարածքը լքելու պահին, և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։
Հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է նաև առերևույթ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող «ՏՏ» տեսակի ատրճանակը։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, ինչը հետագայում փոխարինվել է տնային կալանքով և գրավով։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքերն, այդ թվում գործադրված հրազենի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով, դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
