Որո՞նք են շարժման անկման պատճառները

Այս պահին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում իրականացվող ցույցին ներկա է նաև քաղաքագետ Էդգար Վարդանյանը: Նա խոսեց այս պահի իրավիճակի և ցույցի անկման մասին:
- Ճգնաժամային իրավիճակ է, որը կարող է բերել նոր լուծումների: Քանի որ պահանջը ըստ էության նույնն է մնում, և հանրությունը չի ընդունել իշխանությունների առաջարկած լուծումը, և այս պահի դրությամբ այդքան էլ շատ մարդիկ չեն գալիս Բաղրամյան, բայց բողոքը, դժգոհությունը մնացել է, և կարծում եմ, ցույցը շարունակվելու է այս կամ այն ձևաչափով, բայց այս պահին դժվար է ասել՝ ինչ ձևաչափով է շարունակվելու:
Համոզված եմ, որ հանրությանը չի բավարարել նախագահի առաջարկը, ուղղակի մի շարք գործոններից ելնելով, այս պահի դրությամբ մարդկանց հոսքը քչացել է: Առաջին գործոններից մեկը, որ կուզենայի նշել, դա հետևյալն է. այստեղ շատ մեծ բացասական դեր են խաղացել ԶԼՄ-ները, այն ԶԼՄ-ները, որոնք մինչև Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը, ըստ էության, գովերգում էին այս ակցիան, բայց կտրուկ կերպով, երբ ժողովուրդը որոշեց մնալ Բաղրամյանում, սկսեցին պիտակավորել նրանց, ովքեր մնացել էին Բաղրամյանում և ամբողջությամբ իրենց ուշադրությունը սևեռեցին այն ակցիային, որը չհաջողվեց:
Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր գիշերը գնացին այնտեղ՝ Ազատության հրապարակ, նրանք նույնպես ընդունեցին, որ իրենք փոքրամասնություն էին, և ճիշտ էր, որ իրենք լինեին այստեղ: ԶԼՄ-ները տեղադրում էին տարբեր տեսակի նյութեր, որոնց վերնագրերը այնպիսին են, որոնք բացասական հողի ներքո են ներկայացնում այս ամենը, և սա, իհարկե, ազդում է հանրության գիտակցության որոշ շերտերի վրա, որոնք դժվարանում են քարոզչությունը զատել լրատվությունից:
Երկրորդ գործոնն այն է, որ այնուամենայնիվ մարդիկ ցանկանում են տեսնել շարունակություն: Պատային իրավիճակ է այստեղ ստեղծված, այսինքն՝ հիմնական պահանջը չի բավարարվել, բայց ինչ-որ քայլեր են արվել, և մարդիկ գալիս են ամեն օր և ուզում են տեսնել, թե ինչ լուծում է հնարարվոր, իսկ լուծումը դեռ գտնված չէ, և այն իմ կարծիքով հետևյալն է:
Եթե հանրության զգալի հատված ուղղակի կազմակերպված, խաղաղ, ավելի հզոր կերպով մնա Երևանի փողոցներում, ես կարծում եմ, որ նոր լուծումներ կարող են լինել, բայց քանի որ այդ ձևաչափը դեռ գտնված չէ, թե ինչպես պետք է կազմակերպել հարյուր հազարների հասնող այդ ցույցերը, դրա համար էլ այս վիճակն է: Այստեղ, ինքնակազմակերպման այս փուլը, որը մինչև հիմա լավ աշխատում էր, հիմա պետք է փորձ կատարվի մի նոր մակարդակի հասցնել և այդ նոր մակարդակը, օրինակ, կարող է լինել այն, որ կոնկրետ լուծելի խնդիրներ առաջ քաշվեն՝ կոնկրետ ժամկետներով:
