Ճաշ- աղցան 1 լոլիկից, 2 եփված ձվից և հազարից,
Ընթրիք – տավարի անյուղ եփված միս՝ 100 գրամ, և հազարի տերևներ:

Երկրորդ օր

Նախաճաշ- առանց շաքարի սուրճ և մեկ փոքրիկ կտոր տապակած հաց,
Ճաշ- 100 գրամ տավարի եփած միս:
Ընթրիք – աղցան եփած երշիկից և հազարի տերևներից:

Երրորդ օր

Նախաճաշ- առանց շաքարի սուրճ և մի փոքր կտոր տապակած հաց,
Ճաշ- Միջին չափի գազարը ձեթի մեջ տապակած, մեկ լոլիկ և մեկ մանդարին կամ կես նարինջ:
Ընթրիք- աղցան եփած երշիկից, 2 եփած ձու և հազարի տերևներ:

Չորրորդ օր

Նախաճաշ- առանց շաքարի սուրճ և մի կտոր տապակած հաց:
Ճաշ- միջին չափի մեկ թարմ գազար, 100 գրամ պանիր, մեկ ձու:
Ընթրիք- մրգեր և մեկ բաժակ սովորական կեֆիր:

Հինգերորդ օր

Նախաճաշ- 1 միջին չափի գազար և մեկ կիտրոնի նոր քամած հյութ,
Ճաշ- 1 լոլիկ և 100 գրամ եփած ձուկ,
Ընթրիք-100 գրամ տավարի եփած միս:

Վեցերորդ օր
