Չալաբյանին պատժո՞ւմ են «Հայաքվե»-ի հաջողության համար

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում երեկ ավարտվել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դատաքննությունը։
Տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը գնացել է խորհրդակցական սենյակ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի համար դատավճիռ «բստրելու» և այն դեկտեմբերի 21-ին հրապարակելու համար։
Մեղադրող դատախազը միջնորդել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանին մեղադրել 2,5 տարվա ազատազրկման, ընդ որում դատարանում այդպես էլ մեղադրանքի կողմը չկարողացավ ապացուցել ակնհայտ փնթի կարված գործը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Չալաբյանը մեղադրվում է իբր 2 միլիոն դրամի դիմաց ագրարային համալսարանից 1000 ուսանողներին ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին ներգրավելու մեջ։ Նրա դեմ ցուցմունք տված ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալոյանը վաղուց բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում Ագրարային համալսարանում, իսկ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը ողջ դատավարությունը տարել է այնպես, որպեսզի վերջում կրկին կարդա իշխանությունների պահանջած դատավճիռը, այն է՝ ազատազրկեն Ավետիք Չալաբյանին։
Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը երեկ դատաքննությունից հետո հայտարարել է, թե՝ «Ողջ դատական գործընթացը քաղաքականացված է, իսկ իմ համար պահանջվող պատիժը կապված է քաղաքական գործունեության արգելքի հետ, փորձում են այնպես անել, որ ես երկու տարի հավաքներ չկազմակերպեմ, հավաքներին չմասնակցեմ, քաղաքական գործընթացներին չմասնակցեմ»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։ Նա մեղադրանքից հետո կալանավորվել է 2 ամսով, ազատ արձակվել, այնուհետև կրկին կալանավորվել էր 3 ամսով և 15 միլիոն գրավի դիմաց էր ազատ արձակվել։
Չալաբյանն իհարկե կարող էր ինչպես մյուսները, զերծ մնալ քաղաքական պայքարին մասնակցելուց և նրա նկատմամբ միգուցե նման վերաբերմունք չէր լինի, սակայն «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը վաղուց պինդ ոսկոր է դարձել գործող իշխանությունների կոկորդին և նրանք ամեն ինչ փորձում են անել հենց այդ նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչներին ազատությունից զրկելու, բռնաճնշումների ենթարկելու համար։
Հիշեցնենք՝ «Հայաքվեն» 58 հազար ստորագրություն էր հավաքել Արցախն այլ պետության կազմում ճանաչելու համար և հայոց ցեղասպանությունը հերքելու համար քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու օրինագիծը խորհրդարան ներկայացնելով։ Իսկ առաջիկայում արդեն «Հայաքվեն» պետք է ևս 300 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքի, ուստի և գործող իշխանությունները, լրջորեն վախենալով նման հեռանկարից, փորձում են այժմ էլ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին դատապարտելու միջոցով վիժեցնել այդ նախաձեռնությունը։
