Blog.1in.am-ը ներկայացրել է մի շարք խորհուրդներ՝ աչքերի հոգնածությունից արագորեն ձերբազատվելու համար։

Ներկայացված խորհուրդները կարելի է կատարել առանց սեղանից վեր կենալու, որպեսզի երեկոյան աչքերը չլինեն կարմրած և չզգացվի աչքերի հոգնածություն, երբեմն նաև՝ գլխացավ։

1. Նստել ուղիղ։ Ձեռքերով հենվել աթոռի վրա և ուսերը բարձրացնել հնարավորինս վեր և իջեցնել վար՝ թուլացնելով (կատարել 2-3 անգամ)։

2. Ձեռքերը դնել սեղանին, թիկունքը պահել ուղիղ, ճկվել կրծքային հատվածում՝ միմյանց մոտեցնելով թիակները, թուլանալ (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

3. Նստելով սեղանի շուրջ՝ ձեռքերի դաստակներով ողջ ուժով սեղմել նրա վրա գտնվող որևէ առարկա, ապա թուլացնել ձեռքերը (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

4. Գլխի պտույտներ. գլուխը դանդաղորեն տանել աջ ու ձախ, վերև-ներքև (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

5. Գլուխը դանդաղորեն խոնարհել դեպի ուսեր

6. Նայել էկրանին 2-3 վայրկյան, ապա հայացքը տեղափոխել դեպի պատուհան, նայել 3-5 վայրկյան

7. Ընտրել հեռվում գտնվող առարկա, հայացքը կենտրոնացնել նրա վրա, որպեսզի տեսանելի դառնան նրա փոքր դետալները, երբ դա հաջողվի, հայացքը տեղափոխել դեպի քթի ծայր

8. Ամուր սեղմել աչքերը 3-5 վայրկյան, ապա բացել դրանք 3-5 վայրկյանով (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

9. 1-2 րոպե արագ թարթեք աչքերը

10. Փակել աչքերը, մատով մեկ րոպե պտույտներ գործել նրա շուրջ

11. Յուրաքանչյուր ձեռքի երեք մատով թեթև սեղմել աչքի վերնամասը, իսկ 1-2 վայրկյան անց դադարեցնել դա (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

12. Կիպ ծածկել ու լայնորեն բացել աչքերը (2-3 անգամ կատարել, դանդաղ)

13. Նայել ներքև, վերև, աջ, ձախ՝ առանց գլուխը շարժելու (2-3 անգամ կատարել)

14. Աչքերով պտույտներ գործել՝ ձգտելով հնարավորինս շատ տեսնել կողմերը

15. Փակելով աչքերը՝ խորը շունչ քաշել, ապա բացել աչքերը՝ խորը արտաշնչել
