Ֆրանսիայի կողմից հնարավոր սպառազինությունների մատակարարման թեման ունի առանձնահատկություններ և թեմայի հետ կապված բաց քննարկումները, հայտարարությունները պետք է ճիշտ հաշվարկել:
Որոշ դեպքերում նման հայտարարությունները կարող են ծառայել ռեգիոնում ուժերի հավասարակշռության ապահովմանը կամ հնարավոր ագրեսիայի զսպմանը:
Բայց կարող են նաև որոշակի գործընթացներ արագացնել և ռիսկերի կառավարման խնդիրներ առաջ բերել:
Հայաստանը նախորդ փուլերում` մինչև 2018 թվականը, մեծ թվով սպառազինության և զինտեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման ժամանակ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերել նաև դրա` որոշ ժամանակ գաղտնի պահելու մասով:
Դա տարբեր խնդիրներ է լուծել` հակառակորդի համար անկանխատեսելիությունից մինչև մատակարարումների անխափան իրականացում:
