Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Արագածոտնի մարզում: Ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչություն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Աշտարակի ձոր» ռեստորանային համալիրից դեպի «Գալուստի ձոր» կոչվող հանգստյան գոտու ճանապարհին մի խումբ անձանց միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ և կան վիրավորներ:
Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ «Գալուստի ձոր» կոչվող հանգստյան գոտում հանդիպել են Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 65-ամյա Գալուստ Գ.-ն, նրա որդին՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 37-ամյա Հայկ Գ.-ն, և Աշտարակ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար, Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Թովմաս Շ.-ն, Աշտարակ քաղաքի Քասախի կիրճում գտնվող «Գալուստի ձոր» կոչվող հանգստյան գոտու տարածքում հողային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, որտեղ էլ Գալուստ և Հայկ Գ.-երը պարզաբանումներ ստանալու ընթացքում ասֆալտապատ ճանապարհով անցնելիս հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել և բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորել, ապա մոտ 40-50 հոգի քարերով և ջրով լցված շշերով մոտեցել են ու սկսել են նետել Գալուստ և Հայկ Գ.-երի ուղղությամբ:
Այդ ամենին ականատես են եղել ոստիկանության ծառայողները: Դրանից հետո ինչ-որ անձինք մոտեցել են Գալուստ Գ.-ին, նրան քաշել, գցել գետնին, ապա քարերով, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին: Այդ ժամանակ Հայկ Գ.-ն իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգից մի քանի կրակոց է արձակել քաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ: Կրակոցների հետևանքով Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 52-ամյա Վարդան Ս.-ն, ով Աշտարակ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալն է, և 26-ամյա Գոռ Պ.-ն հրազենային վնասվածքներ են ստացել և տեղափոխվել «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ առաջին բուժօգնությունը ստանալուց հետո տեղափոխվել են «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի փաստով Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
