Առաջին օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ խաշած կարտոֆիլ` առանց աղի` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Երկրորդ օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ անյուղ կաթնաշոռ` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Երրորդ օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ մրգեր` բացի խաղողից ու բանանից` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Չորրորդ օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ խաշած կրծքամիս` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Հինգերորդ օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ մրգեր` բացի խաղողից ու բանանից` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Վեցերորդ օրը՝ Բեռնաթափման օր, միայն 1.5 լիտր սովորական ջուր` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում
Յոթերորդ օրը՝ Կես լիտր կեֆիր` 1 տոկոսանոց եւ 400 գրամ մրգեր` բացի խաղողից ու բանանից` ողջ օրվա ընթացքում։
