«Արցախպրես»–ը հայտնում է, որ պարսկալեզու «Ազարհիա.օրգ» կայքը արցախյան պատերազմում Ադրբեջանին ցուցաբերած աջակցության վերաբերյալ տեսանյութ է հրապարակել:

Հրապարակված տեսանյութում  երևում է, որ Իրանի իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի (ԻՀՊԿ) նախկին գեներալ Մանսուր Հաղիղաթփուրը զինվորական համազգեստով կանգնած է Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահ Հեյդար Ալիևի կողքը և հետևում է ադրբեջանցի զինվորների ռազմաուսումնական վարժանքին:

Տեսանյութի մեկ այլ հատվածում Հաղիղափուրը ելույթ է ունենում ադրբեջանցի զինվորների առջև:

«Վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաները ժխտում են ԼՂ պատերազմի ընթացքում Իրանի՝ Ադրբեջանին ցուցաբերած աջակցությունը, սակայն առաջիկայում Իրանի ցուցաբերած աջակցության վերաբերյալ այլ փաստեր ևս կներկայացվեն»,-Panorama.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշում է իրանական աղբյուրը:

Նշենք, որ Մանսուր Հաղիղաթփուրը ներկայում զբաղեցնում է ԻԻՀ Մեջլիսի ազգային անվտանգության և արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահի պաշտոնը: Հաղիղաթփուրն իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում հայտարարել է, որ արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ եղել է Հեյդար Ալիևի հատուկ խորհրդականը: Մինչ պատգամավոր ընտրվելը՝ Մանսուր Հաղիղաթփուրը զբաղեցնում էր Արդաբիլի նահանգապետի պաշտոնը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխող կուսակցության պատգամավոր Սիավուշ Նովրուզովն օրերս հայտարարել էր, թե իրանցի խորհրդարանականի դեմ Ադրբեջանում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: Նովրուզովը Հաղիղաթփուրին մեղադրել է ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ժամանակ Հայաստանին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն հաղորդելու մեջ:

Իրանի Մեջլիսի ազգային անվտանգության և արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Մանսուր Հաղիղաթփուրն, արձագանքելով Սիավուշ Նովրուզովի մեղադրանքին, մասնավորապես  նշել է. «Պատերազմի ժամանակ Դուք և մյուս պատգամավորները որտե՞ղ էիք, ձեզանից, ձեր երեխաներից քանի՞ հոգի է մասնակցել պատերազմին: Ինչո՞ւ էին սովորաբար նվիրյալ ու ոչ ադրբեջանցի երիտասարդները սպանվում թիկունքից: Իրականում սա հարց է նահատակների ծնողների կողմից, թե ինչո՞ւ իրենց որդիները սպանվեցին թիկունքից»:

Հավելենք նաև, որ ավելի վաղ՝ Իրանի իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի (ԻՀՊԿ) նախկին հրամանատար Մոհսեն Ռեզային, անդրադառնալով պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակաշրջանին, ասել է. «Այն ժամանակ ես անձամբ եմ հրամայել, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանին ռազմամթերք տրամադրվի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի համար հատուկ ռազմաուսումնական վարժանքներ կազմակերպվի»:
