ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը Կապանում գրասենյակ բացեց

Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկսայանն այսօր Կապանում մասնակցել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության գործառնական կենտրոնի բացմանը։

Արարողությանը մասնակցում էին նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության ղեկավար Մարկուս Ռիտերը, Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Յան Բեշինգերը, ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի, Լեհաստանի, Չեխիայի ու Նիդերլանդների դեսպանները, Կապան համայնքի ղեկավարը։

Առաքելության ղեկավար Մարկուս Ռիտերը նշեց, որ ՀՀ-ում նախատեսված 103 դիտորդից 90-ն արդեն ներգրավված են աշխատանքներում։ «Հաշվի առնելով ռազմավարական աշխարհագրական դիրքը՝ Կապանում գտնվող այս կենտրոնը կարևոր է ԵՄ առաքելության մանդատի տեսանկյունից: Եվ այս կենտրոնը թույլ կտա, որ Սյունիքում, մասնավորապես Կապանում, անվտանգության իրավիճակի մասին զեկուցենք ավելի կանոնավոր: Այստեղ մեր գտնվելը թույլ կտա կրճատել դիտորդների երթևեկության ճանապարհը, որովհետև մինչև հիմա մենք կենտրոնացած էինք Գորիսում», – ասաց նա։

Ռիտերի կարծիքով առաքելության՝ Կապանում գտնվելը կնպաստի խաղաղության գործընթացին, կկարողանա բնակչության մեջ խորացնել անվտանգության ու ապահովության զգացումը:

Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության թիմին և անձնակազմին, որ այս կենտրոնը բացվել է Կապանում, որտեղ բազմաթիվ բնակավայրեր սահմանին շատ մոտ են։ «Դիտորդական առաքելության ներկայությունը, նախևառաջ, մեծ զսպող ուժ կունենա, ինչպես նաև կարող է կայունություն բերել Կապան համայնքի սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով։ Մեծ հույս ունեմ, որ դիտորդական առաքելությունն իր գործունեությունը կիրականացնի այնպես, ինչպես ակնկալում են այստեղ բնակվող մարդիկ, ու արդյունքները մեզ սպասեցնել չեն տա: Շատ կարևոր է մեր մարզի ժողովրդի համար, որ ԵՄ առաքելությունը կարող է տեղում գնահատել իրավիճակը, զեկույցներ ներկայացնել, որին էլ կհետևեն համապատասխան գործողություններ: Վստահ եմ՝ այս առաքելությունը բերելու է կայունություն և անվտանգություն, որը խաղաղությունն է», – նշեց մարզպետը:

Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Յան Բեշինգերը նշեց, որ տեղում իրավիճակը դյուրին չէ, սակայն հույս հայտնեց, որ Կապանում գրասենյակի բացումը կուժեղացնի սահմանային գոտիները դիտարկելու՝ ԵՄ առաքելության կարողությունները և տարածաշրջանին ապահովություն և կայունություն կբերի։

Նշենք, որ ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը նախատեսել է 6 գրասենյակ ունենալ Հայաստանում, Կապանինը 4-րդ գրասենյակն է, ևս 2-ը կբացվեն առաջիկայում։
