Ադրբեջանի նպատակն է հասնել Արցախի հայկական բնակչության վերացմանը բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդներով. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

 Մինչ միջազգային հանրությունը կոչ է անում Ադրբեջանին անհապաղ բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը և թույլ տալ հումանիտար բեռների անարգել տեղափոխումն, Ադրբեջանը կրկին սահմանափակում է «Կարմիր խաչի» մուտքն Արցախ՝ մեղադրելով «Կարմիր խաչին» ապօրինի բեռներ տեղափոխելու մեջ։

Այդ մասին թվիթերում գրել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։ «Կարմիր խաչը» միակ միջազգային կազմակերպությունն է, որ մտնում է Արցախ այս օրերին՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր հիվանդներին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու և նրանց կյանքը փրկելու նպատակով։ «Ադրբեջանի այս գործողությունն ավելի է խորացնում առկա հումանիտար ճգնաժամը՝ բացասական հետևանքներ ստեղծելով 120 հազար մարդկանց համար»,-արձանագրել է Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի համակարգողը։

Նրա խոսքով ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանի նպատակն է հասնել Արցախի հայկական բնակչության վերացմանը բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդներով։ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն այսպես է տեսնում հակամարտության լուծումը։ «Շատ կարևոր է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը միջամտի և կանխի այդ վտանգավոր խելահեղ պահվածքը, միայն իմիտացնելով խաղաղության գործընթացը և առկա իրողությունները՝ մենք չենք կարող հասնել խաղաղության ձևավորմանը»,- գրել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Ըստ էության Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի համակարգողը փաստում է, որ Ադրբեջանը բնավ էլ մի կողմ չի դրել իր ցեղասպանական և հայատյաց քաղաքականությունն, իսկ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի հռչակած խաղաղության դարաշրջանը միայն նորանոր զրկանքներ է բերում հայ ժողովրդին, ուստի և հարկավոր է համախմբվել և միահամուռ կերպով պայքարել Արցախի բնակչության իրավունքների համար։

Հայաստանյան հասարակության մի հատվածում, ի դեպ, վաղուց արդեն այդ կարևորագույն և առաջնային գործը մի կողմ է դրված փաշինյանական վարչախմբի ջանքերով։ Հատուկենտ ընդդիմադիր միավորներ միայն փորձում են ուշքի բերել, հայ ժողովրդին բացատրել, թե ինչ է իրականում կատարվում Արցախում և ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է այդ ամենն ունենալ, իսկ Արցախում էլ առավելագույն ջանքերն այս ուղղությամբ գործադրում է Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը, մինչ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը փորձում է պայանավորվել ադրբեջանցիների հետ։
