«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

iarex.ru-ն «Ադրբեջանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի զանգեզուրյան «գլխացավանքը»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ թուրքական պարբերականներից մեկը հայտնել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ Բաքու կատարած այցի մասին անհայտ որոշ մանրամասներ։ Ըստ թերթի, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» վերաբերյալ Էրդողանի հայտարարության մեջ ասվել է. «Այդ հարցով խնդիրը Հայաստանի հետ չէ, այլ՝ Իրանի: Այն փաստը, որ Իրանը այդ հարցով այդպիսի դիրքորոշում ունի, վրդովեցնում է և՛ Ադրբեջանին, և՛ մեզ։ Իրականում դա պետք է իրենց վշտացնի։ Միջանցքի բացմամբ կմեծանա թյուրքական աշխարհի հետ համագործակցությունն ու առևտուրը, կլինի անարգել շարժ դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիա, ինչը կամրապնդի տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության ու համագործակցության մթնոլորտը և կնպաստի պատմական Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերածննդին։

Այդ իսկ պատճառով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» անհանգստացնում է Իրանին։ Հուսով եմ, որ մենք շուտով կհաղթահարենք այս փորձությունը։ Եթե նրանք հարցին դրական մոտենային, ապա այսօր թե՛ ցամաքային, թե՛ երկաթուղային ճանապարհով Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանն ու Իրանը ինտեգրված կլինեին միմյանց հետ, և միգուցե Պեկին-Լոնդոն գիծը բաց կլիներ»։ Բաքվում քննարկված հարցերի թվում է եղել Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանի հարցը։ Ենթադրվել է, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» փաստացիորեն կանջատի Իրանը Եվրոպայից։ Իրանը, կորցնելով Կովկասը և «Եվրոպա տանող ամենաապահով ճանապարհը», պետք է Եվրոպա հասնելու համար թույլտվություն խնդրի Թուրքիայից և Ռուսաստանից։ Քանի որ այդ միջանցքի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու է Ռուսաստանը, ապա Իրանի հետ սահմանին ռուսական զորքերի տեղակայումը նույնպես, ըստ թուրքական կողմի, «խնդիր է, որի վրա հաճախ ուշադրություն են դարձնում իրանցի փորձագետները»։

Այդ համատեքստում նաև ընդգծվել է, որ միջանցքի բացմամբ Իրանը կկորցնի Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ կապող տարանցիկ երկիր լինելու իր կարողությունը, և իրադարձությունների նման ընթացքը, ըստ թուրքական պարբերականի, «Իրանի համար կվերածվի աշխարհաքաղաքական աղետի»: Ներկայում կա երեք երթուղի, որոնք Իրանին ելք են ապահովում դեպի Եվրոպա՝ Հայաստանով, Ադրբեջանով և Թուրքիայով։ Իրաքի, Սիրիայի և Լիբանանի միջոցով ցամաքային ճանապարհով Եվրոպա հասնելու Իրանի երազանքները, ըստ թերթի, «դեռ հեռու են իրականություն լինելուց»: Բայց գլխավորն այն է, որ Իրանը թյուրքական աշխարհի համակողմանի ինտեգրումը համարում է սպառնալիք իր շահերին և ազգային ամբողջականությանը։

Այդ համատեքստում Ադրբեջանով և Կասպից ծովով Թուրքիայի անարգել մուտքը Ղազախստան և Թուրքմենստան դիտվում է որպես պոտենցիալ սպառնալիք այդ երկրների հետ Իրանի տնտեսական հարաբերությունների համար: Բացի այդ, Թեհրանի ղեկավարությունը կարծում է, որ Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հնարավոր մերձեցումը կթուլացնի Իրանի քաղաքական դիրքերը տարածաշրջանում և կվտանգի նրա ազգային և տարածաշրջանային շահերը։
