3. Ամեն անգամ, երբ իշխանությունները թույլ չեն տալիս ինչ որ գործողություն անել և արդյունքում հրահրում են հրմշտոց և ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ, պայքարը իշխանության դեմ վերածվում է դրա ընթացքում իշխանության իրագործած անարդարությունների դեմ պայքարի: 

4. Այսինքն` պայքարը պատճառի դեմ վերածվում է հետևանքների դեմ պայքարի. եթե սկզբում նպատակն է իշխանության հեռացումը, ապա ընթացքում այն վերածվում է պայքարի հանուն վրան, պաստառ, կամ տոնածառ տեղադրելու, իսկ հետո հանուն Շանթի կամ Գևորգի ազատման: Եվ սա իշխանությանը միանգամայն ձեռնտու է:

Հետևություն` քանի դեռ երկրում մնացել են մեխանիզմներ և ուղիներ իրական խնդիրների վրա կենտրոնանալու` ժողովրդի հետ շփվելու, քարոզչություն իրականացնելու, ընդդիմադիր ուժեղ կառույցներ ստեղծելու, պետք է օգտագործել այս հնարավորությունը և փորձել հաղթել գործող իշխանությանը:

Իսկ քանի դեռ ընդդիմադիրների մի մասը, սա անելու փոխարեն, գնում է անհույս ռոմանտիկ դիսիդենտի ճանապարհով, արդյունքը միշտ լինելու է նույնը` պայքար տոնածառի համար:
