Երևանի կառավարման կարևորագույն սկզբունքներից մեկը մեզ համար մասնակցային կառավարումն է։ Համայնքը ոչ թե օրենքի տերմին է, այլ՝ մարդկանց միավորում, ովքեր առաջին հերթին պետք է լինեն իրենց բնակավայրի տերը և կառավարողը։
Թեև «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության մասնագիտական թիմերը, ինչպես նաև ոլորտների փորձառու մասնագետները աշխատում են Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրի վրա, սակայն մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է հենց երևանցու մասնակցությունը քաղաքի կառավարմանը։
