Ինչո՞ւ է ԶՊՄԿ-ն ֆինանսավորում հենց «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի ծրագիրը․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ ԶԼՄ-ներում տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 27 մլն դրամ է փոխանցել Աննա Հակոբյանի «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամին։ «Փաստը» դիմեց ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանին՝ ճշտելու՝ ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանի ԶՊՄԿ-ի նվիրատվությունը «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամին։ «Նախ՝ ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամը նվիրատվություն չի արել, այլ քվանտային ֆիզիկայի բնագավառում համատեղ կրթական ծրագիր է իրականացնում «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի հետ, որի մասին, ի դեպ, հրապարակային հայտարարվել է մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ։
Քվանտային մեզոսկոպիկ ֆիզիկայի մագիստրոսական ծրագիր է, ուղղված այդ թվում՝ ռազմարդյունաբերության ոլորտի համար որակյալ մասնագետներ պատրաստելուն»,-ասաց Ստեփանյանը՝ նաև հռետորական հարց հնչեցնելով, թե իսկապես կարիք կա՞ «պարզաբանելու», թե ինչու է՞ երկրի խոշորագույն ձեռնարկությունը աջակցում նման ծրագրի իրականացմանը: Դե, ասացինք, առնվազն հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ հենց «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի հետ։ «ԶՊՄԿ-ին դիմել է «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամը հրաշալի կրթական ծրագիր հովանավորելու առաջարկով։ Տարեկան 12-15 երիտասարդ հնարավորություն կունենա մագիստրոսի կոչում ստանալու և Հայաստանի համար կարևորագույն գիտական ճյուղ զարգացնելու։ Բնականաբար, որոշել ենք աջակցել ծրագրին, ինչպես և աջակցում ենք տասնյակ այլ կրթական կարևոր ծրագրերի տասնյակ այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ»,- ասում է ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրենը։
Հարցնում ենք՝ ուզում եք ասել, որ եթե այլ հիմնադրամ դիմեր, կաջակցեի՞ք։ Ստեփանյանն ասում է՝ այս ծրագրին՝ այո. «Ի դեպ, նման ծրագրերին աջակցելու որոշումը միանգամից չի կայացվում։ Դիմող կազմակերպության հետ աշխատում են ԶՊՄԿ սոցիալական բաժնի մասնագետները, մշակվում է պլան, դրվում են թիրախներ։ Սա նոր և հետևողական սկզբունք է լինելու ԶՊՄԿ-ում՝ բոլոր ծրագրերի դեպքում դնել հստակ խնդիրներ, տեսնել երկրի կամ համայնքի համար զարգացման կարևոր նպատակները։ Մեր ֆինանսական աջակցությունը ապահովելու է լավագույն տեղական և միջազգային մասնագետների բավական թանկ աշխատանքի վարձատրությունը, ոչ մեկի անձնական գրպանը չի գնալու։ Հուսով եմ, որ ապագա մագիստրոս պատանիներից ու աղջիկներից մի քանիսը գիտական այնպիսի բարձունքների կհասնեն, որի արդյունքում նույնիսկ այսօր մեր այս ներդրման նշանակությունը նսեմացնողները կհպարտանան այդ երիտասարդների հաջողությամբ»։
