«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
sm.news-ն «Կլինցևիչ. Հայաստանը չի կարող ՀԱՊԿ-ից և ԵԱՏՄ-ից կտրուկ դուրս գալ ԱՄՆ-ի ուղեծիր» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի սերտ տնտեսական և այլ կապերը թույլ չեն տա նրան կտրուկ մերձենալ Ամերիկայի հետ: Նաև այդ շրջադարձը չի ընկալվի այլ երկրների կողմից, որոնց հետ պաշտոնական Երևանը ներկայում համագործակցում է։ Նման շարժումը ձեռնտու չէ նաև հենց Հայաստանին։ Այս մասին խոսել է Ռազմական և քաղաքական հակամարտությունների ուսումնասիրման կենտրոնի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Կլինցևիչը՝ ամերիկյան քաղաքական գործիչների այն սադրիչ հայտարարությունների ֆոնին, որ իբր «անհրաժեշտության» դեպքում Երևանը Ռուսաստանի թևի տակից դուրս է գալու։
«Պարզապես նրանք սկսել են Հայաստանն իրենց կողմը քաշել: Օրինակ՝ նույն Հայաստանը լուրջ նախապատվություններ ունի ամերիկյան շուկա մատակարարումների հարցում՝ 30 % զեղչով և մնացած ամեն ինչով։ Ուստի չինական շատ ընկերություններ Հայաստանում արտադրական օբյեկտներ են կառուցում, որպեսզի այնտեղից արտադրանքը առաքեն ԱՄՆ»,- նշել է Կլինցևիչը։
Փորձագետը նշել է ևս մի կարևոր կետ, որը թույլ չի տա Երևանին կտրուկ թեքվել դեպի Վաշինգտոնի հետ կոալիցիա: «Հայաստանը մտնում է ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ի, այլ նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ի մեջ: Իսկ դա ամենահզոր տնտեսական կազմակերպությունն է, որն էլ ավելի է զարգանում։ Ես նույնիսկ չէի վարանի նոր կարգավիճակում այն անվանել Խորհրդային Միություն 2.0։Կազմակերպությունը առաջ է գնում, և Հայաստանը շատ ամուր կապված է ապրանքների, կապիտալի, մարդկանց և ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժի գոտում»,- ընդգծել է վերլուծաբանը։
Կլինցևիչը բարձր է գնահատել միության ընդլայնման գործընթացը, որում, օրինակ՝ որպես դիտորդներ արդեն ներկա են Ուզբեկստանը, Կուբան և Իրանը։ «Հետևաբար, այժմ անհնար է, որ Հայաստանը կտրուկ դուրս գա այդ գործընթացից և մտնի Միացյալ Նահանգների ուղեծիր։ Որովհետև և՛ Թուրքիան, և՛ մնացած բոլոր երկրները փոխկապակցված են։ Նրանց համար ավելի ձեռնտու է մեզ հետ ընկերանալը»,- հայտարարել է քաղաքագետը։
