Մանե Թանդիլյանը «Սոցիալ-հասարակական ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալող կին» անվանակարգի մրցանակակիրն է (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYԱպրիլի 16-ին՝ Արամ Խաչատրյան համերգասրահում, տեղի ունեցավ «Կոչումը՝ կին․ ոսկե կոդ» ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխությունը։ Տարբեր անվանակարգերում մրցանակների են արժանացել ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս բնակվող ու գործունեություն ծավալող հայ կանայք, ովքեր սոցիալական, հասարակական-քաղաքական և բիզնես ոլորտներում ակտիվ գործունեություն են ծավալել, մեծ ձեռքբերումներ ու հաջողություններ ունեցել։
«Ապրելու Արցախ» և «Ապրելու» հիմնադրամների համահիմնադիր, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը մրցանակի է արժանացել «Սոցիալ-հասարակական ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալող կին» անվանակարգում։
Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց մրցանակի ու գնահատականի համար և իր ելույթում, խոսքն ուղղելով տղամարդկանց՝ ասաց. «Եղեք ձեր կանանց, մայրերի, քույրերի և դուստրերի երազանքի կողքին և հաճախ ասեք՝ դու կարող ես։ Իսկ ես խորապես հավատացած եմ, որ ցանկացած կին ԿԱՐՈՂ Է, քանի դեռ չի մտածում, որ չի կարող»։
Մանե Թանդիլյանը մասնագիտությամբ պատմագետ է, բիզնեսի կառավարման մասնագետ և հաշվապահների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի՝ АCCA -ի անդամ։ Նա երկու անգամ ընտրվել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, երկու անգամ էլ նրան է վստահվել աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնի պատասխանատվությունը։ 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո Մանե Թանդիլյանն իր նախաձեռնությամբ տեղափոխվել է Արցախ և հետպատերազմյան ճգնաժամային փուլում ստանձնել Արցախի աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնը։
2022 թվականի ընթացքում Մանե Թանդիլյանը բազմաթիվ սեմինար-քննարկումներ է նախաձեռնել, մասնակցել դրանց, հանդիպումներ ունեցել Արցախում, Հայաստանում, սահմանամերձ գյուղերում ու բնակավայրերում. անցնող տարում Մանե Թանդիլյանը հասցրել է մեծացնել այն մարդկանց բանակը, որոնք հավատում ու հետևում են կին առաջնորդներին։
Մանե Թանդիլյանի մրցանակը հանձնեց գրող, հրապարակախոս Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը։
«Մանե Թանդիլյանն իր գործունեությամբ Մեղրիից մինչև Նոյեմբերյան, գործադիր և օրենսդիր մարմինններում, թե՛ այստեղ և թե՛ Արցախում գործունեությամբ բազմիցս ապացուցել է իր սկզբունքային, ազնիվ, արդարամիտ ու իր խոսքի տեր լինելու փաստը։ Պայքարի մեջ միշտ կին մնալով ու ներդաշնակորեն ամեն ինչ համատեղելով՝ նա արդյունավետ կերպով ավարտին է հասցնում սկսված յուրաքանչյուր նախաձեռնություն»,- իր խոսքում նշեց Աշոտ Աղաբաբյանը։
«Կոչումը՝ կին․ ոսկե կոդ 2023»-ին ներկայացված էր 23 անվանակարգ, որի հաղթողներին մրցանակները հանձնեցին նեկայացված ոլորտների առաջատար մասնագետները, ներկայացուցիչներ պետական ու մասնավոր կառույցներից և ընկերություններից։
