«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ուղիղ երեք տարի առաջ այս օրը պաշտոնական ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, որպես օրվա գերկարևոր տեղեկություն, հայտարարվեց. «Ելակը մտավ զորամաս»: Դա այնքան կարևոր իրադարձություն էր ՔՊ-ի ու այն առաջնորդող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար անձամբ, որ վերջինս իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում արեց մեջբերված գրառումն ու անգամ կարճ տեսանյութ հրապարակեց բանակային զորամասերից մեկի ճաշարանից, որտեղ պատկերված էր չարաբաստիկ ելակը: Չէ, այդ հատապտուղը չի հարցը, որ չարաբաստիկ ենք բնորոշում, այլ այն մտազուգահեռումները (ասոցիացիաները), որ առաջանում են դրա, հատկապես՝ ելակ-բանակ կապակցությամբ գործածելու հետ կապված:

Երիցս անիծյալ 2020 թվականն էր: Ընդամենը 5 ամիս անց պատերազմ պիտի լիներ, ադրբեջանաթուրքական հրոսակի հարձակում Արցախի, Հայաստանի վրա: Իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանության գլխին կանգնած կամ թիկնած անձնավորությունը ուրախհպարտ հայտարարում էր, թե՝ «ելակը մտավ զորամաս»...

Բանակին նոր ՀՕՊ միջոցներ էին պետք, որոնք ձեռքբերելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցներն էլ կային կամ կլինեին, եթե դրանք չմսխվեին Սու ինքնաթիռներ գնելու վրա, այն էլ, ինչպես հետո նույն Փաշինյանն էր հայտարարում՝ առանց հրթիռների գնելու վրա: Էլի շատ ու շատ բաներ էին պետք, քանզի միայն մտածելու անգամ տարրական կարողություններ չունեցողը կարող էր չնկատել, որ պատերազմ է հասունանում: Թշնամին «բայրակթարներ» էր մտցնում իր զորամասեր, իսկ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը... ելակ: Հասկանալի է, իհարկե, որ Հայոց բանակը ելակից չկազմաքանդվեց: Բայց այդ՝ «ելակը մտավ զորամասը» խտացված արտացոլումն է այն մոտեցումների, որոնց հանրագումարում ու որոնց հետևանքով տարածաշրջանի ամենամարտունակ Հայոց բանակը վերածվեց սարսափելի մարդկային ու սպառազինության կորուստների մատնված բանակի:

Կորուստներ, որոնց համար օրվա իշխանությունն այդպես էլ որևէ պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեց: Ավելին, շարունակվում է բանակի անվանարկման, վարկաբեկման, արժեզրկման քարոզչությունը: Երեք տարի առաջ այս օրը «ելակը մտավ բանակ»: Եվ բանակը դրվեց մի վիճակի մեջ, երբ անընդհատ հրամանատարներ էին փոխվում, երբ կարգապահությունը անկում էր ապրում, երբ ազատամարտի ու նախորդ պատերազմում հաղթելու մեջ նշանակալի ավանդ ունեցողները հետապնդվում ու անվանարկվում էին ու անվանարկվում են քաղաքական իշխանության կողմից:

Բանակը դրվեց ու շարունակում է պահվել արժեքագաղափարական վակուումի մեջ: Բանակից մաղվում են ողջ մնացած կամային հրամանատարները: Բանակային գեներալները զգաստ ձգվում և «չեստ են տալիս» Փաշինյանին, որի... հրաժարականն էին պահանջել պատերազմից հետո: «Ելակը մտավ բանակ»՝ դուրս մղելով ամեն էականը, կարևորը, հիմնայինը...
