Լեզվի մաքրում
Ամեն առավոտ մենք մաքրում ենք մեր ատամները, սակայն պետք է հիշել, որ լեզվի մարքումն ատամներից պակաս կարեւոր չէ: Հատուկ խոզանակով ամեն առավոտ մաքրեք լեզուն, քանի որ դրա վրա մեծ թվով բակտերիաներ են հավաքվում գիշերվա ընթացքում: Իսկ այդ բակտերիաները, հայտնվելով ստամոքսում, կարող են խնդիրներ առաջացնել։ Բացի այդ, հենց նման բակտերիաների հետեւանքով է բերանից տհաճ հոտ գալիս։
Մեկ բաժակ գոլ ջուր
Անչափ կարեւոր է քնից հետո օրգանիզմում ջրի հաշվեկշիռը վերականգնելը: Առավոտյան արթնանալուն պես մի բաժակ գոլ ջուր խմեք, իսկ ավելի լավ է` մի փոքր լիմոնի հյութ մեջը ճզմելով: Առավոտյան լիմոնաջուրը հրաշալի հատկություններ ունի` արագացնում է նյութափոխանակությունը, մարքում լյարդը, բազմաթիվ վիտամիններով հարստացնում օրգանիզմը: Եթե լիմոնաջուրը խմեք նախաճաշից 20 րոպե առաջ, ապա օրգանիզմը կնախապատրաստեք սնվելու։

Նախաճաշից 10 րոպե առաջ անհրաժեշտ է մեկ թեյի գդալ մեղր կուլ տալ ու վրայից մի փոքր ջուր խմել: Իհարկե, մեղրը պետք է բնական լինի: Մեղրը հրաշալի հակաօքսիդանտ է, բարձրացնում է իմունիտետն ու իհարկե, հարուստ է վիտամիններով:
Բերանի ողողում
Նախաճաշից հետո ողողեք բերանը ջրածնի պերօքսիդի լուծույթով։ 3 տոկոսանոց ջրածնի պերօքսիդի 3 կաթիլը լցրեք 50 գրամ սովորական ջրի մեջ ու ողողեք բերանը։ Սա օգնում է մաքրել բակտերիաներն ու սպիտակեցնում է ատամները։
