Ինչո՞ւ է գունատ «հատուկ հնեցված» կոնյակը. «Փաստ»
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ
«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Կոնյակը միշտ էլ համարվել է էլիտար խմիչք, և եթե այն արդեն սեղանին է դրված, ապա նշանակում է, որ դա ինչ-որ տոնակատարության պատվին է: Ներկայում կոնյակի տեսականու հետ կապված խնդիրներ չկան, և, հետևաբար, մարդիկ ավելի ու ավելի են սկսում ուշադրություն դարձնել գնված ըմպելիքի որակին և համին: Այսօր շատ երկրների շուկաներում ամենապահանջված կոնյակը VSOP-ն է՝ Very Superior Old Pale-ն («հատուկ հնեցված գունատը»): Այս հապավումով արտադրողները նշում են առնվազն չորս տարվա հնության սպիրտից պատրաստված ըմպելիքը։ Ավելին, դա ֆրանսիական օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նվազագույն հնեցման ժամկետն է։ Իրականում, այդ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքը հաճախ պարունակում է անգամ 6-ից 12 տարվա միջին հնեցման սպիրտ: «Հատուկ հնեցված գունատ» անվանումը այդ կոնյակին տվել է Անգլիայի Գեորգ 4-րդ թագավորը 19-րդ դարի սկզբին։
Նա նման կերպ է անվանել արքունիքին մատակարարված կոնյակի խմբաքանակներից մեկը, որը նրան հատկապես է դուր եկել։ Այդ կոնյակը եղել է բարձրորակ և իսկապես գույնով «գունատ»։ Սկզբում ֆրանսիական VSOP հապավումով սկսել են անվանել բոլոր այն կոնյակները, որոնք ուղարկվում էին «մառախլապատ Ալբիոն», այնուհետև մշակվել են հատուկ այնպիսի պահանջներ, որոնց այն պետք է համապատասխանի: Ընդհանրապես, շատ գիտակների կարծիքով, հենց VSOP կատեգորիայով են սկսվում այն խմիչքները, որոնք ունեն իրենց «բնավորությունն» ու տարբերակիչ հատկանիշները: Յուրաքանչյուր արտադրանք ունի իր նրբությունները, բայց խմիչքներն արդեն շփոթել անհնար է: Անհերքելի է, որ VSOP-ի որակը շատ է տարբերվում VS-ից։
Փաստորեն, սա է այդ կատեգորիայի կոնյակների ժողովրդականության գաղտնիքը։ Նրանք ունեն գերազանց որակի և գնի համադրություն. ոչ այնքան թանկ են, որքան XO ըմպելիքները, և միևնույն ժամանակ ունեն ավելի հարուստ և հետաքրքիր համ՝ համեմատած VS-ի հետ: Ավանդաբար համարվում է, որ VSOP կատեգորիայի խմիչքները բարձրորակ կոնյակներ են, անկախ նրանից, թե որ «կոնյակի տունն» է դրանք պատրաստել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, հենց Ֆրանսիայում գների պատճառով կոնյակը վաղուց իր տեղը զիջել է վիսկիին։ Գնալով հատուկ առիթներին արդեն թանկարժեք վիսկիի շիշն է հայտնվում սեղանին։ Միաժամանակ, կոնյակի արտադրության հետ կապված օրենսդրական նորմերի պահպանման պահանջները դեռ խիստ են։ Բավական է սխալ նշել ժամկետը, և կարելի է շատ խիստ պատիժ կրել։ Չնայած հենց այդ իսկ պատճառով են VSOP դասի կոնյակները դեռևս արտադրվում կոնյակի բիզնեսի բոլոր կանոններով և լինում որակյալ:
