Մենք ծովային գոտիների հարցով չենք պատերազմի Թուրքիայի հետ. Հունաստանի վարչապետ

Հունաստանը մտադիր չէ Էգեյան ծովում ծովային գոտիների սահմանազատման հարցով պատերազմել Թուրքիայի հետ և ակնկալում է երկու երկրների միջև այս միակ վեճը լուծել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ կամ Հաագայի միջազգային դատարանում։ Այդ մասին Դավոսում Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարել է Հունաստանի վարչապետ Կիրիակոս Միցոտակիսը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
Հաղորդավարը Միցոտակիսին հարցրել է, թե արդյոք Հունաստանը պատրաստվո՞ւմ է կռվել Թուրքիայի դեմ Կաստելլորիզո փոքրիկ կղզու համար, որը գտնվում է թուրքական ափից 2 կմ հեռավորության վրա։
«Մենք չենք պատերազմի Թուրքիայի հետ, թեև վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում ականատես ենք եղել մեծ լարվածության»,- ասել է վարչապետը։- Կաստելորիզոն հունական գեղեցիկ կղզիներից մեկն է... Մենք պետք է կարողանանք Թուրքիայի հետ նստել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ՝ որպես ողջամիտ մարդիկ, և լուծել մեր հիմնական վեճը, որը վերաբերում է Էգեյան և Արևելյան Միջերկրական ծովում ծովային գոտիների սահմանազատմանը։ Սա բարդ խնդիր է Էգեյան ծովի աշխարհագրության պատճառով, բայց մենք կարողացել ենք նմանատիպ հարցեր լուծել մեր հարևանների հետ։ Մենք դա արեցինք Իտալիայի հետ, մենք դա արեցինք Եգիպտոսի հետ, իսկ Ալբանիայի հետ մենք պատրաստվում ենք այս հարցը հասցնել Միջազգային դատարան և թող դատարանը որոշի մեր անունից»:
Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի միջազգային իրավունքի և, մասնավորապես, ծովի իրավունքի մասին ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիայի համաձայն, հարևանները չպետք է սադրանքների ենթարկվեն, բացի այդ, պետք է բաց մնան կապի ուղիները։
Այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ցանկանում է լուծել այդ խնդիրները, Միցոտակիսը պատասխանել է.«Ես բազմիցս խոսել եմ նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ, թեև մենք ունեցել ենք, գիտեք, շատ, շատ դժվար պահեր, ես անհնար չեմ համարում նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ լուծում գտնելը»:
Սրան ի պխատասխան հաղորդավարը նկատել է, որ Միցոտակիսը նախկինում ասել էր, որ Էրդողանը նախ պետք է հրաժարվի իր «օսմանյան ֆանտազիաներից»։
«Այո, ես նկատի ունեմ, որ դա կարևոր է, քանի որ ինչ-որ պահի կան հարցեր, որոնք պարզապես չեն կարող դրվել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ, մենք չենք կարող քննարկել հունական կղզիների ինքնիշխանության հարցը։ Մենք չենք կարող ընդունել, օրինակ, այն փաստը, որ Թուրքիան Լիբիայի հետ ստորագրում է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր, որը Կրետեին զրկում է ծովային գոտիների նկատմամբ ցանկացած իրավունքից։ Սրանք միանգամայն անընդունելի նախադրյալներ են։ Այսպիսով, եթե քննարկումը կենտրոնացնենք իրական խնդիրների վրա, ապա այո, մենք կարող ենք լուծում գտնել: Բայց եթե քննարկումը ծավալենք այնպիսի հարցերի վրա, որոնք ես չեմ ուզում քննարկել, մենք քննարկում չենք ունենա»,- շեշտել է Հունաստանի վարչապետը։
