Պատճառներ, թե ինչու է միայնակ ապրելն օգտակար առողջությանն ու հոգուն

Կանայք սովորաբար սիրում են իրենք իրենց խղճալ, հատկապես, եթե միայնակ են։ Սակայն միայնակ ապրելն էլ այնպիսի դրական կողմեր ունի, որոնց մասին չէիք պատկերացնի։ Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ ամուսնությունը մեծ ծանրություն է առողջության ու հոգու վրա։ Իսկ ահա միայնակ ապրելը թույլ է տալիս խուսափել մի շարք խնդիրներից՝ թե հոգեկան, թե ֆիզիկական։ 

Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է պատճառներ, թե ինչու է միայնակ ապրելն օգտակար առողջությանն ու հոգուն:

1. Երջանիկ լինելը։

Մասնագետներն ուսումնասիրել ու պարզել են, որ միայնակ մարդիկ իրենց ավելի երջանիկ են զգում, քան նրանք, ովքեր ամուսնացած են։ Սմուսնացածներն ավելի հակված են դեպրեսիաների, քան միայնակները։

2. Ավելի հեշտ կպահպանեք քաշը։

Հարաբերություններն ազդում են մարդու քաշի վրա։ Գիտնականների ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ամուսնանալուց հետո կանայք 6 ամսվա ընթացքում միջինը 3 կգ գիրանում են։

3. Միայնակ կանայք ավելի շատ են սպորտով զբաղվում։

Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ամուսնացած կանանց 27 տոկոսն է սպորտով զբաղվում, իսկ չամուսնացածների 63 տոկոսը։

4. Միայնակ կանայք ավելի ամուր կապի մեջ են իրենց ընկերների հոտ։

Մասնագետները պարզել են, որ ամուսնանալուց հետո կանայք աստիճանաբար կտրվում են իրենց ընկերներից, մինչդեռ միայնակ կանայք ամուր կապեր ունեն իրենց ընկերների հետ։

5. Միայնակ կանայք գումարային ավելի քիչ խնդիրներ են ունենում։

Ամուսնացած մարդիկ հաճախ են ֆինանսական խնդիրներ ունենում, գումարը չի հերիքում, մինչդեռ միայնակների մոտ այդ խնդիրն ավելի քիչ է հանդիպում։

6. Միայնակների կարիերան ավելի լավ է դասավորվում։

Ամուսնանալուց հետո կանայք հաճախ ընտանիքին են նվիրվում, երեխաներին՝ աչքաթող անելով կարիերան։ Սակայն միայնակ կանայք ավելի շատ ժամանակ ու հնարավորություն են տրամադրում կարիերային։

7. Միայնակները պաշտպանում են իրենց սիրտը։

Միայնակ լինել նշանակում է չտառապել սիրուց։ Դա էլ, բնականաբար, նվազեցնում է մեծ տարիքում սրտի հետ խնդիրներ ունենալու ռիսկը։
