Ամանորյա տոները անհետեւանք չեն անցնում առողջության, ֆիզիկական վիճակի վրա։ Մի քանի օր չքնելը, խառը ուտելիքներ օգտագործելը, խմելը, աղմկոտ երեկույթները ազդում են ե արտաքինի վրա, թե ներքին օրգանների։ Ինչպես կարելի է հեշտ ու հաճելի կերպով վերականգնվել ամանորյա տոներից հետո։
«Մաքուր» ուղեղ Ամանորյա տոները ազդում են ուղեղի ու հիշողության վրա, ալկոհոլը, չքնելը թույլ չեն տալիս մարդուն հետո կենտրոնանալ ինչ-որ բանի վրա։ Դրա համար առաջին հերթին պետք է մաքրել ուղեղը։ Ուղեղն ամենից լավ մաքրվում է քնած ժամանակ, հատկապես՝ ձախ կողքի վրա քնելը։

Քնած ժամանակ մարդու օրգանիզմում այնպիսի հորմոններ են առաջանում, որոնք բարձրացնում են իմունիտետը, օգնում պայքարել տարբեր հիվանդությունների դեմ։ Գիտնականները պարզել են նաեւ, որ առողջ քունն օգնում է նիհարել։ Նրանք, ովքեր 8 ժաից քիչ են քնում, հակված են գիրանալու։ Որքան է պետք քնել Այս հարցը միշտ տարբեր մեկնաբանությունների առիթ է տալիս։
Արդյունքում գիտնականները պարզել են, որ մարդկանց մեծամասնության համար նորմալ վերականգնվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 7-9 ժամ քնել։ Սակայն կան անհատական մոտեցումներ՝ սպորտսմենները պետք է 10 ժամ քնեն, հիվանդ մարդիկ՝ 12 ժամ՝ ցերեկային քունը ներառյալ։
