Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը հայտարարել էր, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատարության հետ անցնող շաբաթ տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքների համաձայն՝ այսօրվանից ստուգումներ են սկսում Մարտակերտի շրջանում գտնվող Դրմբոնի և Կաշենի հանքավայրերում։

Պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտը և Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը նման ստուգումների մասին ոչինչ չեն հայտնել: Եվ ահա, այսպես կոչված, բնապահպաններն այսօր հերթական սադրանքն են իրականացրել՝ փորձելով մտնել Կաշենի հանքավայր, սակայն անվտանգության աշխատակիցները թույլ չեն տվել մուտք գործել:

Զուգահեռաբար սադրանք են հրահրել նաև ադրբեջանցի իբր «լրագրողները» Հայաստանն Արցախին կապող երթուղու Շուշիի հարակից հատվածում։ Ինչպես օրեր առաջ, այս անգամ էլ նրանք փորձել են «լուսաբանման» նպատակով փակել ճանապարհը և ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ քաշքշուկի մեջ մտնել։ Սակայն վերջիններս կանխել են հերթական սադրանքն ու ադրբեջանցիներին դուրս բերել ճանապարհից:

Այս ամենը մեծ ոռնոց է առաջացրել ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում ու սոցիալական հարթակներում՝ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնելով Արցախում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ ուժերի հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Անդրեյ Վոլկովի հասցեին, որը, ինչպես առիթ ունեցել ենք գրելու, տևական ժամանակ է՝ գտնվում է ադրբեջանական կողմի տեղեկատվական թիրախում, ինչպես նաև Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հասցեին՝ հատուկ շեշտելով, որ նրա հետ ադրբեջանցիները որևէ կոնտակտի չեն ուզում դուրս գալ:

Սա, իհարկե, նորություն չէ, քանզի, ինչպես քանիցս նշել են նաև փորձագետները, հենց միայն պետնախարարի պաշտոնում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նշանակումն ինքնին լեգիտիմացնում է Արցախյան հարցի չլուծված լինելը: Մյուս կողմից՝ նրա աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է, որ ադրբեջանցիներին չի հաջողվում հանքերի ու ճանապարհների հետ կապված՝ հեռահար նպատակներ հետապնդող «բնապահպանալրագրողական» սադրանքները կյանքի կոչել:

Մյուս կողմից՝ կան տեղեկություններ, որ իրավական ուժեղ թիմ է աշխատում, որի գործունեության հիմքում առաջնայինը Արցախի սուբյեկտայնությունը բարձրացնումն է: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Արցախի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը, ի դեմս Վարդանյանի, հստակ է՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանի հետ քննարկել բացառապես հանքի բնապահպանական ազդեցությունը Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին գտնվող ադրբեջանական գյուղերի վրա, որը նորմալ գործընթաց է երկու հարևան պետությունների միջև։

Այս և այլ գործոններ հիստերիայի պատճառ են դարձել թշնամական երկրում, մասնավորաբար, նույն Ալիևը հոգեխանգարմունքի աստիճան է արձագանքում Վարդանյանի որևէ հայտարարության՝ ամեն անգամ նշելով, որ իրենք Վարդանյանի հետ որևէ բանակցություն չեն վարելու:
