Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Կովկասում ու Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինան հայտարարել է, որ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքն աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը՝ ողջունելով այդ ուղղությամբ ԵՄ ջանքերը:

Կոլոմինան այս մասին գրել է թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին Բրյուսելում   Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման ու սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի երրորդ նիստին:

«Լավ նորություն է տեսնելը, որ մեր գործընկերները քննարկում են սահմանների սահմանազատումը, ինչն անհրաժեշտ է տեղում անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու համար: ՆԱՏՕ-ն աջակցում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը և ողջունում է այդ ուղղությամբ ԵՄ ջանքերը, ներառյալ այս բանակցությունների հյուրընկալումը և մեկնարկը»,- գրել է Կոլոմինան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նիստը կայացել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և ԱՀ փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևի նախագահությամբ:

Մինչ նիստի մեկնարկը Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստեֆանո Սանինոն ողջունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պատվիրակություններին, հաջողություն է մաղթել հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքներին և վերահաստատել Եվրոպական միության պատրաստակամությունը հետագայում ևս օժանդակություն ցուցաբերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերում:

ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը և ԱՀ փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևն իրենց ողջույնի ելույթներում երախտագիտություն են հայտնել ԵՄ խորհրդին հանդիպման լավ կազմակերպման համար։

Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարների մակարդակով տարբեր ձևաչափերում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ կողմերը շարունակել են սահմանազատման հարցերի քննարկումը, անդրադարձ են կատարել կազմակերպչական և ընթացակարգային հարցերի։

Հանձնաժողովների համատեղ գործունեության իրավական շրջանակների ձևավորման նպատակով՝ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են արագացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման ու սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման պետական հանձնաժողովի համատեղ գործունեության կարգի համաձայնեցման աշխատանքները:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են աշխատանքային կարգով որոշել հանձնաժողովների չորրորդ նիստի անցկացման ամսաթիվը և վայրը։
