Մոսկվա-Երևան-Թեհրան աշխարհաքաղաքական եռանկյունու ձևավորման մասին․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
trmzk.ru–ն ներկայացրել է կարճ աշխարհաքաղաքական գնահատական՝ կապված Կապանում Իրանի հյուպատոսության բացման հետ: Բացման արարողությանը Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսն ասել է, որ կապանցիներն անհանգստանալու ոչինչ չունեն։ «Կապանցիներին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս չանհանգստանալ, մենք այստեղ ենք հանուն հայ ժողովրդի»,- ասել է իրանցի դիվանագետը։ Հատկանշական է, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որը փաստացի կարելի է համարել Թուրքիայի պատասխանը Իրանի «կապանյան» քայլին։ Ադրբեջանից վերադառնալու ճանապարհին, ուր նա մեկնել էր մասնակցելու Զանգելանի օդանավակայանի բացմանը, որը ժամանակավորապես գտնվում է Բաքվի վերահսկողության տակ և նպատակաուղղված է Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջանների թուրքիսրայելական անեքսիայի երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիան գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն կբացի Շուշիում, որը վերջին պատերազմի արդյունքում նույն Անկարայի ակտիվ աջակցությամբ է անցել Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ։
Էրդողանի հայտարարությունը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան գործնականում փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ Շուշին գտնվում է իր՝ թուրքական վերահսկողության տակ և ոչ թե Բաքվի։ Իհարկե, դա որպես Իրանի «կապանյան» քայլին պատասխան տեսնելը ավելի մեծ խնդրի միայն մեկ շերտն է։ Նման «պատասխան» ձևակերպելու Թուրքիայի ցանկությունը կարող է վկայել նաև այն մասին, որ Անկարան դիտարկում է Կապանում Իրանի հյուպատոսություն բացելու հարցը ոչ միայն իրանական կամ նույնիսկ հայ-իրանական, այլ նաև ռուսիրանական համագործակցության կամ գուցե նույնիսկ դաշնակցային տրամաբանության համատեքստում։ Չպետք է բացառել, որ Սյունիքում Իրանի հյուպատոսության բացումը քայլ է, որը քննարկվել ու համաձայնեցվել է ոչ միայն Երևանում, այլ նաև Մոսկվայում։ Եվ այդ քայլն, անշուշտ, տեղավորվում է ռուս-իրանական գործընկերության համատեքստում, որը վերջերս լայն զարգացում ու խոր բնույթ է ստացել, և ԱՄՆ-ն արդեն մտահոգություն է հայտնել այդ կապակցությամբ։
Ավելին, մինչև տարեվերջ հավանական է համարվում Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի միջև համապարփակ, ռազմավարական համագործակցության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը, որը կենթադրի բազմոլորտ համագործակցության արձանագրում 20 տարի ժամկետով։ Հենց այդ ֆոնին է հնչում Թուրքիայի մտադրությունը Շուշիի նկատմամբ այն ակնկալիքով, որ Իսրայելը, ԱՄՆ-ը, Պակիստանն ու Անգլիան կշտապեն պաշտպանել Էրդողանին։ Հավանաբար, Թուրքիան նաև կփորձի համոզել Պուտինին՝ հրաժարվել Հայաստանի և Իրանի պաշտպանությունից։ Աստված մեծ է, կապրենք ու կտեսնենք:
