Պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավար կազմին եմ դիմում: Հիշե´ք, որ ցանկացած երկրի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության հոգածության, ուշադրության, հարգանքի և բարոյական հովանու տակ են գտնվում հատկապես պատերազմներում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամները: Եռաբլուր պանթեոնը եղել և լինելու է ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶՈւ հերոսական պատմության և փառավոր մարտական ուղու լուռ վկայությունը: Այն մեր պետականության պատմության համար սրբավայր է:
 
Հասկանալի է, որ չեք վայելու այնքան հարգանք, որպեսզի զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներին խնդրեք, որ զսպեն ձեր նկատմամբ իրենց զայրույթն ու ատելությունը, դադարեցնեն իրենց հուզական` բայց արդարացի պահանջը, և թույլ տան կատարել ձեզ համար կեղծ արարողակարգը:
 
Սակայն, քանի որ համաձայնել եք, որպեսզի ոստիկանության վայրենիները նման անբարոյական հրաման ստանան ու տեսախցիկների առաջ, ՀՀ ՊՆ և ԶՈւ նկատմամբ և նրան պատկանող սրբավայր տարածքում դասական վայրենություն ցուցադրեն` դա ուղակի ձեր սրիկա տեսակի վկայությունն է:

Եթե ոստիկանությունը գործել է առանց ՊՆ հետ համաձայնվելու, ուրեմն կամ պետք է ՊՆ-ն պահանջի, որպեսզի ոստիկանությունը ներողություն խնդրի բոլոր զոհվածների հարազատներից ու հայ ժողովրդից, կամ ՊՆ-ն իր անունից ներողություն խնդրի:
