Բռի և քաղաքական հետապնդում՝ ընդդեմ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի
ANALYSIS
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ հորինված քրգործի շրջանակներում իրականացվում է ակնհայտ բռի և քաղաքական հետապնդում։ Երեկ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում նման գնահատական է հնչեցրել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի պաշտպանական խմբի անդամ Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կալանավորված է մայիսի 14-ից, նա մեղադրվում է՝ մարդկանց նյութական շահագրգռության միջոցով հավաքների, ցույցերի դրդելու մեջ։ Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը վստահ է՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն արդարացվելու է գոյություն չունեցող քրեական հոդվածով, և արդեն հուլիսի 1-ից իշխանությունը պարտավորված է լինելու նրան ազատ արձակել։
Պաշտպանական խումբը երեկ ասուլիս է տվել, ներկայացրել իր պատկերացումները քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ։ Փաստաբանը նշում է, որ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսխորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանն ինքն է սադրանքի ենթարկում զրուցակիցներին, անընդհատ խոսում փողի մասին, ի պատասխան Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հստակ ասում է, որ «միգուցե գոյատևելու համար ֆինանսն է կարևոր, բայց մարդավարի ապրելու համար ոչ նյութական արժեքներն են կարևոր»։
Փաստաբանների հայտարարությանն ի պատասխան, թե նրան ազատ են արձակելու արդարացման հիմքով, Արդարադատության նախարարությունից պնդում են, որ նման բան գոյություն չունի, և մարդկանց հավաքներին մասնակցելու նյութապես շահագրգռումը հուլիսի 1-ից ևս համարվում է հանցագործություն։ Իշխանությունների այս ապօրինությունը և հերթական անգամ օրենքը սեփական ցանկությամբ մեկնաբանելու գործելաոճը վկայում է, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը ամեն ինչ անում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու կամ էլ նրա գլխին քրեական գործը որպես մահակ օգտագործելու համար։
Մենք բազմիցս արձանագրել ենք, որ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադրի նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնդում է իրականացվում, և իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ չեն դադարեցնում այդ ապօրինությունները, նույնիսկ հեղինակավոր բազմաթիվ մարդկանց պահանջները չեն լսվում դատարանների կողմից, իսկ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի պաշտպանների բողոքները ձեռքով մակագրվում են փաշինյանական իշխանության հավատարիմ դատավորներին։ Ըստ էության, ունենք մի իրավիճակ, որ առնվազն մեկ տասնօրյակ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը շարունակելու է մնալ կալանքի տակ, իսկ դրանից հետո փաշինյանական իշխանությունը վստահաբար նոր, կեղտոտ մեթոդներով կփորձի հետապնդել հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչին։
