Հայաստանի և Արցախի սիրելի՛ շրջանավարտներ, ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ այս կարևորագույն ու հիշարժան օրվա՝ դպրոցն ավարտելու առթիվ։ Այսօրվանից յուրաքանչյուրիդ կյանքում մեկնարկում է նոր՝ բարդ ու պատասխանատու շրջափուլ, որտեղից սկսելու եք ձեր ապագա հաջողությունների ու նվաճումների առաջին հաստատուն քայլերը։ Վստահ եմ՝ հարազատ դպրոցում ստացած գիտելիքները դառնալու են այն ամուր հիմքը, որի վրա կառուցելու եք մեր հայրենիքը, շենացնելու ու զարգացնելու եք մեր պետությունը։ Դա ձեր սրբազան պարտքն է բոլոր այն հայորդների հիշատակի առջև, որոնք կյանքի գնով պահեցին մեր սուրբ հողը. Այսուհետ դուք եք մեր ապագայի հաղթանակների կերտողը։ Եվ ես համոզված եմ՝ դա ձեզ հաջողվելու է և դուք լիովին կարդարացնեք ձեր ծնողների ակնկալիքները ու հույսերը։
Առանձնակի երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնում նաև մեր բոլոր հայրենանվեր մանկավարժերին, որոնք անտեսելով ամեն դժվարություն, պատվով են իրականացնում իրենց բարդ ու պատասխանատու առաքելությունն և տալիս կյանքի ամենամեծ դասը, այն է՝ սիրել հայրենիքը։
